Generally, I like noona romance but not when it involves high school students. However, this show is different from what it is presented as and I didn't expect it. The power dynamics are reversed in this case. I'm curious to see how this will end. The direction and plot are both wonderful. The characters have been portrayed well overall. One thing to note is that characters are not good or bad but presented as grey which adds to the realism of it. Would definitely recommend based on the story so far.
Micro was supposed to be a slush fund so why did the grandfather leave it for Do Jun? Isn't that what got him…
Well explained! So now that he has access to a slush fund, he can buy shares of the parent company to become a major shareholder? That was his grandfather's purpose?
it is probably referring to the fact that he currently exists as his former self as well as his reborn self at…
I would say it's more like a time loop but it's possible it's a multiverse because of the two different tones on each side of the split screen. He may have stopped to recall what had happened to him in the past at that spot. Also, he was supposed to have died in the car crash. So he already changed the timeline of events. Plus, in the old timeline, the eldest son inherits the company. We might know for sure in the next episode.
Micro was supposed to be a slush fund so why did the grandfather leave it for Do Jun? Isn't that what got him murdered to begin with? Also, so far all he has done has been with white money. Wouldn't this get him into trouble? Why not just leave him the company shares?
Why is this show so hard for me to understand lol I mean I understand the general info, but the details of their…
Yes, I felt the same. Sometimes the dialogues were a little too complicated. Like when they are deciding to split up companies and other business decisions. Or when they were talking about the favourite politician and popularity. I'm not sure if it was the translation or it was just something complicated. I do wish they had elaborated a little so that it made sense. But despite not understanding every aspect, I could follow the plot.
can anyone tell me your thoughts about the last scene from ep15 which he narrates about two different worlds?
it is probably referring to the fact that he currently exists as his former self as well as his reborn self at that moment in time. Two different worlds could also be an analogy for one where he is poor and struggling and one where he is rich.
I am not sure why Do Jun never went to check up on his family after his mother's demise. He was making all that money and he never thought to do something for them? He had already changed the life of the youngest grandson so why not his actual self?
I've watched 12 and I like SML and his story more than both leads lol. He's the 3rd wheel but a great one in terms…
haha yeah. I was thinking about watching some of the other popular cdramas this year like LLTG. Only watched LBFAD and the recent She and Her Perfect Husband. Is there any that you'd recommend?
i kinda like it they have that cute banter thing going and leads to some troubles for them bc of Lu Li's master…
Yes, the dubbing also doesn't match the lip movements. It doesn't bother me tbh since I'm reading subs anyway. Just expected more from the story since visually it looked masterful. The good thing is that the plot is moving fairly quickly. It just seems to lack a bit of soul to really grab your attention or curiosity. I'll give it another go and see if it grows on me. Else it's a lot of episodes.
