Please explain what objective the king was trying to achieve when he let the queen walk in on him with the bare chested women? It didn't make sense.

That makes sense for every other thing but in most scenarios where he saw 2 different things was his mind showing him the reality (like seeing himself with Tyme) and then his mind trying to change events he regreted. I think originally they might have planned to show Tyme saying sorry for uploading his video but they forgot to include it in the cut. I could of course be wrong and it might just be him hoping that Tyme had apologised while at the same time trying to redo the events. But then it makes me wonder why he saw his mom get shot? And how does he know that the other doctor is working on near death experience cases? Maybe the next episode will answer these and other questions I have related to Tyme and Tonkla.

What about the note on the coffee cup? It was never explained.
