Help, I also want to watch Chinese and Japanese dramas but I can't seem to get used to with the language. I can't…
Korean is a lot more expressive (love the exasperation and emotional residence that's adding just by elongating and grounding out syllables), that's probably why you feel it's more expressive-- because it is simply by the cultural difference in how they express their language. I feel like Chinese drama's use more word-play (there's a reason why most of our idioms are actually Chinese in origin), which is lost in translation, unfortunately (unless you get one of those God-Mode translators who adds translation notes-- you can find dedicated fansubbing that will do this for viewers, I'd look for those.) (: Once you do get used to each language it really adds a flavor to the drama outside of just the setting and genre, which is really nice. Japanese is just, well, it's just beautiful as it is.

I'm so glad I came across this show. Sometimes, I get tired of all the drama in other shows. This one is just…
2nding Love is Sweet so long as you're chill with ML and 2ML fighting over the FL. (I personally like good triangles.) Other Drama-Lite romances or rom-coms I've watched recently: A Business Proposal, Touch Your Heart, My Heroic Husband and The Lady in Butcher's House. Lost Romance is hilarious if you don't mind having to shut your brain off with an anti-hero like protagonist FL. I've not finished W yet, but while it technically has drama it isn't your normal drama (cross worlds) and it's so interesting that it's worth a watch (being a digital artist myself it really hit a personal spot for me). My Heroic Husband is a satire with drama that is enjoyable simply because the show's premise is two strangers coming together to basically craftily get by all of their family's schemes-- so it ends up becoming a joy to see what next scheme they're gonna pull to get out of it. I'm the type that fast foward through filler drama content, these are all shows I havent felt the need to fast forward through. Hope one of them hits the spot for you

I guess we never get the answer to why the tablet has its powers...
Being that you're probably being facetious, I'll still reply because my life is empty enough. The show is most definitely in my PTW ;) (:

Spelled McGuffin or MacGuffin: "In fiction, a MacGuffin is an object, device, or event that is necessary to the plot and the motivation of the characters, but insignificant, unimportant, or irrelevant in itself. The term was originated by Angus MacPhail for film, adopted by Alfred Hitchcock, and later extended to a similar device in other fiction." The one and only One Ring in LOTR, the Horcruxes in HP, or my personal fav, the rug in The Big Labowski, are all examples.

To be fair, he is only seven years older than her, and they only fall in love when they are both adults, so it's…
You can marry even younger yet, younger than 18 in many places. For example, where I live: "At age 16 and 17, you need parental consent [to marry]. Those younger than 16 need a parent's and a judge's approval. With a judge's approval, there is no age limit." Age gaps are nothing once you are a mature and consenting adult, my previous part of my comment aside. With all that said, for my own personal example, I'm not interested in those younger than me, only those older than me. Up to 10 years in difference is usually the age gap people post on their dating profiles as the cut-off. For real. Hellllooooo. But actual grooming is disgusting as hell (and I work in a mental health clinic, so I have seen and heard some real grody stuff) and I certainly don't condone it. However, one ignorant opinion doesn't = fact. TLDR; Sugar daddies /mommies exist, my dude. lmao And that's consensual, not grooming.

Like China would make dramas where they labeled the revolutionaries aka the "bad guys" as CCP. They were the Kuomintang…
