Dongfang Yuechu is a human… he isn’t the reincarnation of anyone . This is FANTASY . they are literally flying in the air and use magical powers even for cooking. Don’t use real life logic on this because it has no sense . Did you see any kissing scenes or the FL abusing the ml when he was a child ? NO . then where is all of this coming from ? This thing is literally done in almost all the xianxias but y’all never complain since it’s your faves starring in them lol
completed all 4 episodes and I have to say this drama is just GORGEOUS . I’m enjoying the plot and the characters as well, can’t believe I was almost biased against Yang Mi and Gong Jun … They’re doing a fantastic job as Yuechu and Honghong. The whole scene of Yuechu making fireworks for Honghong was OUT OF THIS WORLD, so was the matchmaking ceremony Now I need more !

The first episode was pretty interesting to me , definitely a unique theme . It shows FL being fired from her job and returning to her hometown which is a little in the middle of nowhere . Xinjiang, many ethnicities , different languages spoken . The FL is quite relatable.. quite hard to always be looked down on and not being able to do well the same things that are easy to others . Looking forward to her meeting with the ML !
