Eun Ho works in the morning, her shift ends at 2pm.
And Hye Ri works in the evening, I guess after 4pm till night.

Her personality mainly switches with deep sleep. After her part time job she goes to sleep as Hye Ri, but wakes up as Eun Ho. After that Eun Ho works till 2pm, I guess she gets some sleep after that till 4 pm, that's when Hye Ri wakes up.
But I guess that doctor told her stress etc can trigger it too. That's why she switched her personality at 2MLs work place when the leads called her 2 different names.

I was wondering why I was getting this "when the weather is fine" feeling from this drama, until I saw the writer.

It was fun and action packed.
