A Addictive Historical Drama!
I didn’t expect to enjoy this show as much as I did! I went into it blindly, but I really loved the ride. Normally, I find it hard to finish Chinese historical dramas, but this time, it didn’t bother me at all. There were no cheap plot twists or an overly dragged-out storyline filled with unnecessary filler. In fact, I could’ve watched many more episodes! This is a high-quality drama—there are no awkward cuts or overplayed music. Even though the same songs are used throughout, they are rotated and placed so well that they never feel repetitive or annoying. Everything about the production feels polished and well thought out :)
I highly recommend this drama!

What a old gem
This drama has been on my list for a long time, I finally decided to watch it.This show has such a unique style (especially compared to today's shows). The story, acting and music is so good. I really like the music used in this drama. especially the intro song (it's very catchy).
I just wanted there to be an extra episode so we could see more of them as a couple. Unfortunately there isn't, so I'm going to rewatch this drama.
This drama has become one of my all-time favorites. Definitely watch this drama even if you're only mildly interested.

I wasted my time
This show drags on for 23 episodes with barely any progress—it felt like I was watching the same episode over and over again. I only made it to the last episode, hoping something would finally happen, and it never did until the last couple of episodes. It makes no sense that he’s "in love" with her when they never emotionally connected or did anything besides argue, and the female lead is constant lying.
I’m so disappointed because I actually like the actors, but this show just pissed me off.
