I give it a 8 before reading alternate ending online, after reading and understand all the hidden secret I gave it a 9.
Irrelevant side note for those who appreciate this kind of hidden meaning in a story, I can recommend you to read a short dark psychology comic - Nijigahara Holograph which is equally shocking after you realize the true meaning behind each scene (it's confusing to read at first time but if you go and read the story analysis online and re-read it will all make perfect sense) that the author tries to depict.
This drama should have a supernatural tag on it. The ML confident on his own drawing is so annoying to the point laughable. I don't expect it to be exceptional but none of the case is presented well nor make sense.
Did Moonjo died in the end? ( if so why the policewoman saw him in the elevator?.... was she just hallucinating…
No Moonjo is dead for sure. What the policewoman saw in the elevator is Jong Wu probably meant to reflect the influence of Moonjo on Jong Wu - the same message was portrayed during the ending scene as well. Moonjo keep calling Jong Wu as his masterpiece I think he was quick to realize that he is a psychopath like him and he did everything to make him reveal it from his inner shelf.
The message is clear, everyone has their evil side its about self control, which Moonjo and Jong Wu failed in the end thus making them a psychopath.
Truly a master piece. That final episode had me mind blown away when the truth is revealed. This is not the typical drama that you can find each and every character is so realistic and there is not a single character that is 100% pure nor devil man I mean tho it might sound weird but even the killer had my sympathy.
I am sorry but no the plot is a joke like a superhero or something at a high school? They try so hard to blend in suspend thriller comedy element into one and fail miserably.The only good thing is Sejoong acting for it was not that bad for an amateur and that it.

If not for So Hyun cute and lively acting this drama doesn't even deserve a 5.0 rating. The ghost story in each episode is done so half heartlessly I mean come on like the latest episode the ghost actress case like WTF she gone/defeated just because a couple of words from Hyun Ji gosh me as a viewer I feel insulted hmmm
Wow I usually never judge drama from the first few episode but this drama give me goosebumps and I can't stop thinking who is the killer and what will be happening next.
We know it would be something big from the same genius writer of yet another masterpiece but underrated drama - Nine time Travel. I can't wait for the next episode TT_TT

This drama taught us a lot of lesson in life I highly recommend this to everyone but damn the ending is just giving me a very incomplete feeling I need to know what is up for both Gi Tak and Yeong Soo did they went to heaven or what?
Im not sure if I am the only one notice this but if you observe episode 4 carefully where Na Suk Chul woke up and go insane (ghost scene) while Hong Nan is having a conversation with Sueng Jae you will hear sound of someone (I don't know who probably one of the staff) laughing.
This is one amazing drama I like the pace it does not give me the draggy feeling. The main couple was cute fo first time in history (I guess) a chemistry was shown with no kissing scene (okay there is 1) lol. There is some plot hole but it does not affect that much like as if the whole hospital there is only 3-4 main surgeon, 5-6 intern and a whole bunch of nurses to the extend that director Park mess up with their names lmfao.
And was it only me that it feel so freaking weird that all of sudden Dr.Lee grab the girl and kiss her like he had all the mud on his mouth earlier and he was like "screw it I am gonna rinse my mouth this way"
Anyway, I recommend this drama to those who like action and thriller.
Put aside the weak plot (the plot itself can give its viewer cancer) it is still a funny and heart warming drama. It is a bit draggy but I like the husband-wife, mother-daughter, father-daughter relationship.
