As I know, He Ziqiu's BD was in Ep 5 and they didn't mention about his age.

But in Ep 7, when He Ziqiu discussed about his biological father and family registration with his bff,

they did mention that "He's about to be 18 years old and won't need a guardian by then". That mean in this episode, he is not 18 yet.
