same! me and my friends actually rewatched episodes 1-10 while waiting on the last two episodes xD we enjoyed it a lot! not award-winning writing for sure, but Frame and Ryan were really just so good, and i enjoyed the side couples as well c:

i actually super loved this show, not so much for the writing, but i loved the characters and i thought the actors did really well, especially since this is the first thing a lot of them have been in! Frame and Ryan especially were very cute ;w; don't go into this show expecting award winning writing, but it was very fun to watch (other than the miscommunication, but i feel like almost every show has that to some degree?)

if you like really good main lead chemistry and that one dynamic where one of the mains is a giant puppy while the other is like a cat who's pretending (not very well LOL) not to like it, but of course they actually do - you should give the show a try!

a lot of people in the comments are really negative about the show for some reason? but as someone who's been watching Thai BLs since Lovesick the series in 2016, i thought the show was good! As i said, not groundbreaking or award-winning, but worth a watch c: i've actually already rewatched it once with my friends waiting for the last episode xD Frame and Ryan are so so so good together and i can't wait to see them in more!

i gave myself emotional damage when Cake asked Eiw to promise him to make lots of friends and talk to lots of people by thinking "so when Eiw changes and becomes more outgoing and popular during the 3 year timeskip, it's because he promised Cake he would ;o;"

wow that episode hurt a lot OTL very ouch, i tell ya what! i cannot wait for the next episode! hopefully we get our time skip over with after a fun montage of Eiw stepping out of his comfort zone c:

i feel bad for Rin's (possibly) first relationship ending like this :'D I always knew, though, that Cake would drop her in a heartbeat if Eiw asked it or if he needed to for Eiw. Obviously Eiw is a good boy and never once talked bad about Rin or gave Cake any sort of ultimatum about "it's me or Rin" or whatever xD but if he had? Cake would've tossed Rin like yesterday's trash and probably only felt a little bad about it :'D i feel like it really shows you what he cares the most about, that he broke up with her so quickly and without much fuss on his part, and he doesn't seem to be terribly torn up about leaving his other friends... but leaving Eiw? it's so devastating for him, so heartbreaking that he can barely stand it :c i personally still don't think that he realizes he's in love with Eiw, but maybe he's finally heading that way! it was a little upsetting however that Rin called Eiw annoying and said she didn't like him when she'd literally never met him before? ma'am, Eiw never once said anything bad about you even though Cake was ditching him all the time to hang out with you and ignoring him to message/call you when they were hanging out :'D my guess is that Cake probably talked about Eiw a lot when he was with Rin and she was jealous xD very understandable, but that's not Eiw's fault LOL i hope she has better luck in her next relationship c:

so excited for the time skip and the stuff that comes after! tho i will miss our cute lads getting to cuddle in bed ;o; the cuddles have kept me going from week to week

oh man, i'm an adult and when my best friend/platonic soulmate went to visit her family in Puerto Rico for a month, I was beside myself :'D even though i could still text her everyday, she didn't have internet so we couldn't watch shows together or play video games together like usual, and of course she was busy hanging out with family and was going to bed earlier than she usually did, so i got a lot less time to talk to her! I was the most pathetic little baby everyday, moping around and being lonely. I don't *think* I cried too much, but there may have been a bit there where i was lonely enough to cry about it xD

also my only friend in middle school changed schools right as we were going into high school, and you bet your butt i cried about that xD she wasn't even moving to another continent (or moving at all, except schools), but i was DEVASTATED.

it doesn't feel too dramatic to me at all :'D but i can see how it would seem dramatic from the POV of someone who maybe hasn't had to experience losing someone temporarily o: the show is also set during a time when technology is not as advanced as what we have today, so they're very limited in how they can talk to each other o: and with them being across the world from each other, their time zones are gonna be way off too :c i really feel for them

there's nothing and nobody stopping you from watching it xD you just really seem like you're not having a good time 90% of the time :'D but hey, if that's your thing then go for it!

I knew it was coming, but *ouch* i tell ya what *ouch* :'D that scene on the bridge, Cake holding onto Eiw's shirt because he wants to spend as much time with him as he can before he leaves ;o; had me very emotional! Not exactly the same, since my best friend in middle school didn't move to another continent, but my best (and really only) friend in school for 7 years left to go to a different school :c it was really hard on me at the time, i had a hard time making new friends (and the new friends i made ended up being jerks to me later, but that's a whole different story LOL) so I really feel for Eiw especially, with his best and most important friend leaving him :c I feel bad for Cake too, but I relate a bit more with Eiw in this scenario~

I loved the bit with Sand and Eiw! Eiw was so mature about it, and so sad about it ;o; I felt so bad for him, and you could tell that it really made Sand feel bad for what he had done to someone who just wanted a friend. I'm glad that he felt remorse about it, enough to apologize 3 times xD with an increasing amount of sincerity and guilt each time LOL

next episode is gonna kill me :'D i love these boys so much, but boy howdy are they in sad town right now! Hang in there, folks! I can't wait to see what it's like on the other side of the three year time skip o:

that's fair xD I see a lot of my younger self in Eiw, so i can definitely relate! but everyone's experiences were different c: the most important thing, i think, is to acknowledge that we've all had different experiences and just because a character doesn't resonate with us doesn't mean they're not valid~

there's definitely been some characters where i was like ???? >>' but other people really related to them xD i didn't understand, but i'm glad they were able to see themselves in a character and relate to them that way!

I really feel like you're too hard on Eiw as a character? There are a lot of people in the comments (myself included) that see a lot of ourselves in Eiw/what he's going through :'D i personally was very athletic as a kid/teen so obviously I wasn't as physically frail as Eiw is, but there are a lot of people like that - I have/had friends who are/were like that, when they were younger and even now. And even though I was athletic, I ended up developing health problems that kept me from being able to be as active as I used to be/wanted to be. I know they don't claim that Eiw has any health problems, but it's a BL drama xD they're not gonna be realistic in every single thing.

I feel like you're also maybe missing the point? or am I seeing a point that isn't there??? who knows xD but i feel like Eiw is *supposed* to seem like he doesn't have any ambitions/hobbies/interests/talents because he's so wrapped up in Cake and also being held back by his extreme introvertedness. The point is that he has to learn to live without Cake during this separation, and that's how he becomes his own person. Something very similar happened to me multiple times throughout my grade school years :'D I had to learn to be my own person and not rely on others.

It's literally okay if the story and characters aren't vibing with you! But every time i come here to comment my thoughts on the new episode and see what other people think, you've had very little good things to say :'D i don't know why you've stuck around so long tbh, I would've moved on ages ago if i disliked one of the main characters as much as you dislike Eiw xD

Oh man, that part when Cake saw Eiw crying and his immediate question was "who made you cry?" ;o; so protective! i'm sad we didn't get to see the shape that Sand was in :'D i hope he looked rough

As soon as Cake seemed upset about what his mom had said to him, I was like !!!! what if it's the thing about going abroad????? and i was right o: next episode is gonna kill us Dx so angst

yes exactly! they were the first in a thai bl i saw using tongue so obviously for kisses xD MaxTul kinda did a little in the Together With Me stuff but not as obviously as that >w>

for me personally it feels like Cake already has some feelings there, he just doesn't realize what they are c: Eiw seems like he means so much more to him than any of his other friends, and I feel like if Eiw was a less nice (and self-sacrificing) person and told Cake that Rin was "stealing" Cake from him and not to talk to/hang out with her anymore, Cake would drop her o: he would be sad to do that to Rin, i think, but i feel like his relationship with Eiw is his most important one, even if he's not realizing right now how much he's ignoring Eiw to talk to Rin on the phone/computer o: I don't think Cake realizes that it's possible to have feelings for Eiw xD he just thinks the way they are together is normal for really good friends (and to be fair, for some that probably is normal and not romantic/sexual at all! everybody's relationships are different, and that's okay c: )

that's just my take on it tho! I'm excited to see where it goes, and when Cake starts to realize his feelings as well c: really enjoying it so far, and can't wait till friday! why's it so far away? ;o; very homophobic of the week to be so long LOL

Though it's not explicitly stated, PhayuRain's relationship comes off very much like a D/s relationship c: and Rain likely has a "no" kink, though of course they don't discuss it on the show like you should in real life xD but it's a fictional TV show so I don't expect much in that sense xD totally okay if it's not your thing tho, it's definitely not for everybody, but that doesn't make it bad c:

oh man every time i think "this is the episode where Cake is going to see Sand and Eiw together and get a clue about his own feelings" and every time i'm disappointed xD give it to me already LOL i need it!

Sand and his siblings are so cute ;o; tho they worried me for a bit, they stopped paying attention to the kids and as a former daycare worker who worked with young kids for like 10 years, you don't take your eyes off of kids on a playground LOL someone's gonna vanish or get hurt/hurt another kid :'D that one kid picked up a stick and i was like !!! a weapon!!!!
