my point is that author said Wei move army to attack! but the show just cut it off! and reuse again... what attacking can stop when target is weak? (internal conflict, The king dead) It wrote for the story, as in middle EP it said the Wei is march to attack. Then this drama act as that never happen at least you can put two to three word that you defend them or hold them... but not just leave it their 2-3 years but you said 3-5 years it even worse...

The thing is the story tell you that Wei army had march to one of Northern territory and The king has a good horse from Chen so He plan to attack frist but you know what happen (FC move first) and from THAT till the end (I'm ep 54) there is nothing mention this war, Hey what about Wei army, is it stay there 2-3 years (According to time they said from ep 33something to 54) and if it stay there it is ridiculous.
It like the author make thing happen and forgot!!. To forgot something small is ok but this is big... or not big?

I agree with you their are many scene doesn't make sense. Example crown prince I really feel this character has flaw in many way. It like the author want a stupid character and it turn out to be him. How a person can be this stupidity? If make the crown prince has his own plan that effect the ML,FL, and fu chou in the way that them can't predict or he get some upper hand and lose in the end it should make the better story. All in all, the author just make everything to make ML,FL shine.
I know why you didn't excitement of this drama because the thing that can make audience interest is realistic (cut the fighting out) the more the realistic the plot and character is the more it can touch your hearth and soul. Ex. breaking bad, or movie that base on true story.

His love is not true love, his love is a love of exchange, love to be love back. To say a true love is very rare in real world but love to be love back is easy to find in real world. Plus it has limit in this kind of love. Moreover, he has a choice between revenge and love her and he choose revenge 2 times. Still this is fiction and the writer set him to be this way but in the real world you can find someone like him.

You can tell that if the story focus less on some character as ambitious demon king ( I can't remember his name - -) he just died like that end... it show in the start that he will do something big but not cause the writer didn't focus on him but on night immortal.

From my experience Eternal love and ashes of love is a good romance drama.
