And haha no you didn't bore me (: And it's going! I have an art portfolio review on Thursday so I'm kind of nervous about it even though I have all the pieces I need and such. It determines me officially being accepted to the art college part of the University haha.

Haha it was pretty easy actually (: Hangul is so much simpler than Chinese or Japanese. I learned it in one week (: Plus I'm always seeing Korean words when I search Kpop or watch Kdramas - so it's practice: everytime I see Hangul I attempt to read it. My pronunciation might be off but at least I can read it :p And that's the same for me! :D I can recognize basic and common phrases after watching so many Kdramas, I can usually place them. Just can't watch a drama completely RAW haha.

And it is! It was always difficult for me because it's confusing - writing and reading: no problem. Pronunciation? It's not easy because at first all the tones sound the same. It's definitely not a language you can learn on your own [that would be really difficult!] - we did a good bit of speaking in my class, but we often did other things as well haha.

Ohh I see (: Haha yeah $17 sounds like they were ripping you off. Guess those are NY prices though and can get away with it. That's exactly how it is for me! I've been picking up a lot of Korean - even taught myself how to read and write Hangul (so easy!) and taught myself some korean. It's so much easier. But I'm also partial to Chinese because I did take it for 2 years and I loved it when I took it. Haha yeah once you start reviewing you remember some, but I tried reviewing my Chinese and I feel that I'm lost on proper pronunciation nowadays. Haha it's difficult

Ohh wow, I can imagine though - I heard New York is really expensive. How long did you stay in NY? Haha Best Buy is good (: I know they have kindles :p I don't own one but I know they're nice to have (: And mmm where I live a large pan pizza can cost around $10-12 (maybe more, depending). So a medium sized pizza would probably be around $8-10. And a small between $6-10. With toppings they'd be a few more dollars.

And that's what I was thinking because I've already taken 2 years of it, but I keep debating because Chinese is difficult and Korean is easy for me and I want to learn both but I dunno if learning Chinese in college would be added stress. So I keep debating. Haha I know it's my choice but it's so hard to choose! And ohh I see, that's probably how I am with Chinese right now - I remember some but I forget a lot and have to refresh my memory haha.

Ohh is it really cheaper here? And haha awww poor sales guy :p Haha Best Buy is where I got my Macbook Pro (: And Wal-Mart...I guess if you've never been to one it's a nice cheaper place to go to, but one thing is for sure - don't buy anything like TVs or electronics from Wal-Mart unless you want cheap stuff :p haha. It's a great place for basic stuff and groceries [excluding fresh produce although it's not bad but there are better places to go to]. And Malls are nice! I've never been to New York but I can just imagine how nice their malls and shopping centers are! By nice I mean big haha.

I actually have a calligraphy pen I was given in my Chinese class [so cool because it's from China] but it has that brush tip. I haven't used it since class though, still debating if I'm going to take Chinese or Korean in college [which to choose!?!?!]. Haha hopefully you get another chance to visit-

I think so, too :D I don't think it'd be too difficult if you're watching episode by episode to write a little something about it to help MDL (: As long as it's not too spoiler-ish and gives a brief intro to the episode that's really all you have to write for them. And that sounds like a really good idea, as well (: That'd help out a lot as well. So hopefully Skye let's you do it (:

That would be something small that you could do that would still be helpful (: I know I saw him saying something to Jeanie in that thread that even if you don't have as much time there's still projects he could assign. And yeah I was thinking that, too. The Episode Guide is neat, but there's so many dramas out there and to fill out a synopsis for each episode is going to have to take the help of everyone. And the underrated dramas won't get as much done as the popular ones. I'm going to try to attempt to write some though for the dramas I'm starting. And Wal-Mart I heard helps out with college students, too, so I think if I do get in it'll be good once I do start college [although taking up art makes me feel that I won't be able to work and do my college work]. And thank you! (: I hope something works out for me, soon, haha. And aww haha, I wish you the best with it!! Fighting!! :D

I love Skip Beat, too :D I'm in love with the opening song for it as well :p And haha yeah I'm kind of having mixed emotions about King2Hearts at the moment because while I love the leads there's not much to the story yet. So I'll have a better feeling about it when the next few episodes come out and more gets explained (:

I'm going to keep trying, just kind of don't think I'm going to get in anywhere haha. And just local jobs, like convenience stores, a couple food places, Wal-Mart (which I'm going to resubmit another application). Just recently applied to an art store that was hiring so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that.

I submitted an application thing to Skye about helping out as well (: I feel I've kind of neglected MDL some since I lost my top poster spot haha. But I'm working on bringing it back and I really want to help MDL so I hope he gets back to me :p

Ohh I see :/ That sucks! Working and going to college is going to be hard, especially working enough to be able to pay for it. Are you going to try to get into one of these state colleges even if it's really difficult?? If you do I hope you can get in so you won't have to worry about money! And yeah :/ I guess after a while you need to be able to depend on yourself to get by in life
