I know his kdramas, I have in my list to watch My Id is Gangnam beauty,in order to compare his acting evolution. From my point of view I saw that he improved his acting during and after his historical kdrama.
I have nothing against cha eun woo, he's not what you would call a good actor in my opinion but he was perfectly…

I saw just a young man closed in a cage, and as drama evolved I discovered that prince can be funny, loyal, sacrifice himself for love and people, in the end I saw a prince ready to become a king..... In my opinion, all this emotion were transmitted very well by Cha Eun-woo. After this kdrama, I looked for name of actors and try to find other dramas where they appeared. I have to say that I couldn't watch the other work of him, because I was bored to see same expression. Finally I was able to enjoy his work again on True beauty, many may say that it is same cold handsome role, but how he act for me was different in a very good way...I think that he can improve himself with each role, he takes and is very important for him to show us a mature version of himself. Good luck Cha Eun-woo, I hope you will do great on this kdrama.
In my opinion they balanced so good the relation between Suho, Sejoun and Lim that at the end was crazy to choose one of them.... When I saw that 2 years has pass.... I was like "girl are o crazy, why you are still single?".... But I saw that scene where Lim and Suho were in the car..... He said he regret making her suffer, and her response was lighting for me : "You suffered to... Being alone in a foreign country, no family or friends around you, with a sick dad", than all make sense, why she was not able to let go of her love from him.... I enjoyed each scene, where was pointed why the characters take some decisions....
