I love JJY and her acting but it just feels like she is there to just love jl and get hurt constantly and knows something is up with wwy and is scared of betrayal , there isn’t much character growth compared to shi guang who ends up being the 10th dragon son and who hated shilin sect but it turns out they aren’t responsible and his partner is partly responsible for killing his clan , or jiling who is a fake chiwen and is pretending to be real , he created puppets to seek the dragon power he lent out , these characters are well written in my opinion , also shiguang is the strongest , not wuyi

Remember li jie went to shilin sect and jiling saved her because lijie couldn’t remember anything , I think that’s the human form of those butterfly demons

I agree , her performance for me has been flawless according to what she has had to do , but the writing of her character is quite poor

He split into two. One has the memories but he comes from original six eyed butterfly.
Other is pure human without the memories

Can someone please explain when the queen of moon sect was speaking with jiling and said she became suspicious of shiguang as he hadn’t become a dragon , she says she sent the 6 eyed butterflies and had him devour someone to obtain his consciousness and memories, who is the him, is it shiguang and who did he devour ?
