Hey now, let's not forget currently engaging in a genocide along with that military budget and bases. Korean government recently had a scandal about pimping their own women to US bases(something Taiwan also did). So they pretty much copied the "comfort women" model the Japanese used on their own citizens. Not even Japan did that to their own women. Korea is just a glorified brothel and American outpost in Asia.
