Ohhhhh! Yes, that makes sense! Thank you, I got confused. I thought the SJW we saw in the end was still the same from timeline 1, and somehow he was able to get back to 2022 even if the translation said the scenes were 15 years later. But if it's the SJW from timeline 2, it makes much more sense. Thank you! ๐

Yes, it could be. Once I saw the knife in episode 5 (or 6) though, I thought that an older version of SJW had already tried to save KJH but failed because of KJH's sacrifice ๐ฅบ
Anyway, did you understand what happened in the end? Is the 2037-SJW able to come back to 2022 in some way? After all, there is a period of few weeks in 2022 when there's no SJW... But for what? In that timeline KJH is still dead :( I don't understand to which third meeting the letter could refer to :(

I'm sorry, maybe I'm missing a point, or maybe my inner English translactor is faltering at this late hour, but... the 10yo Jae Woo is still feeling guilty and will be until he'll be 25 and goes back 15 years to find Ji Hoon and falls in love with him. Am I wrong?
Am I the only one who is not okay with the 20 Yr age gap and the fact that, In just went from father to son??…
Me too. But the story was very captivating, and I think the finale expressed at best the whole gap thing. And the love from dad to son, which is the most triggering thing (at least for me).
You can see how In felt that his attraction towards Wang was wrong, and he fought it for the second half of the show. I think that's a pretty big deal in the show and at how they portrayed it. For youngers usually is not that big issue (and for Wang isn't, in fact). It's the older the most conflicted, especially since In saw Wang as a newborn, and it's even more painful since he silenced his feelings for Siam, to let Siam and Mol have a family, and then have Wang.
Family names. I think only Ida's friends call him by his first name
Oh thanks ๐ฅบ๐๐ผ
I did some research about honorifics for China&Taiwan and Thailand, but I'm relatively new to Japanese BLs (I started with Mr Unlucky), and I didn't have the time to check for them. So thank you :)
The question of money and the phone etc definitely don't make sense. I also didn't buy that Ji Hoon would be so…
Oh, so you mean that JW journey to the past is a gift that fate gave him to make him spend some time with his beloved JH? And also a gift to JH because he prematurely died? Like, fate was unfair with them but wanted them to experience a little moment of happiness and love?
That could be satisfying, I guess. Like you said, in our timeline JH is dead, so it's not too unfair that he remains dead in our time.
The title goes in that direction, unfortunately, as Jae Woo is gifted to experience Ji Hoon in his life ONCE AGAIN ๐ญ
it would have been hard since the criminal guy even said that the police doesn't even know. He would need proof…
Hey, that could be interesting. Especially if it locates the kidnapper in the police station (even for just a simple interrogation) in the moment he should be in the streets killing JH.
But, apart from that, what about accompanying little JW home making another route?

I was thinking the same until I figured the scene in my head.
JW enters the police station telling he knows the location of a body and indicates the kidnapper as the killer.
Alternative 1. The police asks for proofs.
Alternative 2. The policeman is having a great day or he wonders for a bit of luck, and agrees to see if there's a dead body in that place. Now, how can JW explain why he knows where the body was? If I were the policeman, I would arrest him immediately. ๐ฅบ๐

I followed your long conversation and I agree with you both. I really wish there can be a way for them to have a happy ending but I'm scared we'll have not. Even if the necklace or the pic could have arrived to Jae Woo without an intrusion from his future self, the fact that the kidnapper has the knife JW wanted to use against him (I fear for JW's mental health once he realises he gave the kidnapper the knife that killed JH) and the fact that now JH has fallen in love with JW (so he will be even more willing to sacrifice himself to save little JW) lead me to a sad ending.
Maybe JW will have a closure but, selfishly speaking, I wouldn't have it with JH's death. I'm just so whipped by them, and JH is such a nice guy who doesn't deserve to die.

I adore it!
Idk if it's because other countries do more publicity or maybe Philippines have less good shows than the others...

Like On Cloud Nine, I'll stop making theories and enjoy the ending.
Well, at least I hope I will enjoy it.

I guess police is not the easiest solution.
