I do a "first impression" review as sometimes not many people review right away and to help others decide if they'd…
I usually read the reviews before starting a show (when it's already completed) because there are so many out there and I need to choose wisely, so thank you for your work :)
It's like they're afraid to write gay male characters that are more masculine anymore, they're all these softer…
Watching the scene I started wondering if they have napkins at all in Thailand or if it is an uncommon object... I swear I'd never seen a character using one.
Hi, don't want to seem rude, mine is just a curiosity :) I've seen a lot of your reviews in different shows... may I ask why you're reviewing only after the first episode? Do you then watch the entire show? It's intriguing so I took the liberty of asking :) hope not to bother you
Yes, on one side we had Tin/Tol with a final kiss but without a fluffy content. And we also had Sing/Gap without a kiss, a hug, or even some cuddles at the lunch table with the others. Just feeding each other. Honestly, I wanted more for them. Especially since the actors had a great chemistry and could definitely deliver more.
I wish ep 13 was a bit longer. but I guess they were running out of budget or something but I'm satisfied with…
I agree with you, but since he's primarily a doctor in real life, I think he still did a great job in this show. It was strange that we saw more medical procedures from Tin and Sing than from him. LOL. They could have used him better :D
Oh, I'm sorry :( it's strange: I thought that US were usually made available. If you have VPN and know how to use it (I don't know so I'm glad I can watch it on YT) I know it's available in Italy and in Germany ;)
Or, you know, there are usually some sites where they post it...
Okay I love BounPrem (especially Boun, he’s so gorgeous), but dang this show is really holding me by a thin…
If it's like That's My Candy (and I wouldn't be too surprised since we have half of the cast here too) they will keep it this long for all the series :(
I get your point of view and I agree with many of the things you said: it was a very specific and analytic comment :)
But, I want to point out my point of view about the second issue you found. Differently from the high school or university-set BLs, I found this one more real and closer to my actual situation. I'm about to enter the working world, so I feel more connections to their characters than the usual boys in school/uni that represents 80% of BLs plots. It took only the first episode for me to emphatise with Nozue and his "fear" of being promoted and taking more responsibilities. So, probably, as you said, they failed in getting the connection to younger or people distant from this experiences, but I was very happy that we finally have a show with characters we can identify with <3
I didn't want to discredit your comment, just to add another point of view on that theme. Hope it's okay with you :)
Reason 4 was kinda the main reason why I started watching it :)
And about reason 5, Sammon (the author) works - or worked - as a doctor, so that's why in Manner of Death and here in Triage there are so many references to medicine. I recently discovered that also the actor who portrays Gap is a doctor in real life :o
Okay but like seriously, kudos to Japan for creating amazingly well done BLs. Cherry magic, my love mix up, senpai…
I started watching Japanese BLs with Mr Unlucky and damn, I wish I found out sooner they were this good. I'm loving Old Fashion Cupcake with all my heart, and I'm enjoying Senpai this can't be love, but I need more episodes to figure out if I like it. I hope they will keep this high standard too!
I did this review starting episode 7. Lol! He was such a jerk then. But I didn’t want to criticize him coz I…
I'm sorry, I agree with you about Earth and Mix but I don't get why are we talking about them now :) I lost you when you shifted from Tae and Tee to other actors...

Oh Gosh, Tol's desperation hit me on so many levels. I was flabbergasted by the portray of his feeling. I really would like to watch the BTS, but I fear since we don't have a properly international release we won't see BTS either :(
Yes, Tee is simply perfect for this role. And also Tae for dr.Tin: he reminds me of his character in 2Moons: direct and fearless.
Sorry but I don't get the mention to Krist and Singto

Yes, just finished it! You nailed it again in the comment: it has been a long and beautiful journey to witness Tol's changing behaviour and now he seems to be taking the lead! I loved how all their different scenarios from the beginning and the many stories of this loop entangle together in such a beautiful plot and now, in this last loop, they all converged to the truth behind the hospital. Even if here they lack some passages, but it was probably because of the short time and perhaps these are facts that would be resumed later, so they didn't dwell on them.
Hi, I came here to read your comment and it was veeeeery long and deep so I had to cut it in several days. I really liked your precise and in-deep analysis: I've discovered many things under the surface I didn't notice :) I watched episodes 5-6 and I can't wait to hear your thoughts on them.
