After seeing content on tic toc as well as here, with detailed explanations on the terminology and historical context, I got a better understanding of the plot. 🫶
I’m not a big fan of these type of series’s. Xianxia gets boring after a while for me. But let me say that this was a beautiful story. I jumped from episode 16 to 28. So I guess I missed the mortal world where he was emperor. I don’t regret it. The story was easy to pick up again. This was beautifully made. Arthur Chen and Yin Lou did a phenomenal job! I had no problem with the end either. I feel it was fitting. I truly recommend it!❤️
Lmao if a tyrant king who’s known for killing people is falling for me, I would be scared shit. And she did…
It’s not up to her to decide! I think part of her will like it,( The King is sexy as hell) the other hate it! She is also getting a bird eye view of what he has inside. Big ball of loneliness and the unresolved death of his mother! I hope she doesn’t loose her 21 century spunk! 👊💪
Like, she had no inkling he liked her? Come on…..when a boy pulls your ponytail at school, it’s for a reason. Let’s hope for a smart and not puritan reaction from her. Smart politics is the way to survive. Let her get on it.
Shine really is BL for the film nerds. The aesthetics scream retro, and this episode just doubled down. That beach…
Absolutely, while I’m enjoying the ride. I’m afraid that story wise we will starve with 3 episodes left. Fu$&*%. This is simply such a great and real story! We need a time lapse or season 2! I’m sending them the memo!📝 😂😂😬
A lot to process in this episode. Cracks are appearing in both relationships. For Naran and Krailert both, employers and society. (Wife still clueless) For Tahwa fear of commitment due to his brokenness. Ironically it’s Victor (who shined today) who could give Trin the stability that he needs. But we know how matters of the heart go. Clueless how they pretend to wrap this up in only 3 episodes. It’s such a great story. I still feel that I’m in the first quarter of it.
