The acting and story is on point but too graphic for me, had to drop. I cried too many times in the 5 episodes I watched. I feel old saying that, or maybe I've just gotten use to modern mainland Chinese dramas where bad things happen but not that bad.
Honestly Victor Ma was the best thing about this drama. His voice feels like wrapping up in a warm blanket on a cold day. π₯°
Also Zeng Li... She's my favorite Chinese auntie. I've watched so many Chinese dramas with her in it and she's just freaking gorgeous!
But other than that..I dunno...I usually like age gap stuff but this one was so so. Very PG and fluffy, I watched it casually while working out. Kinda a turn off your mind and watch the pretty people drama. That's good enough for me lol.
So it took me months to finish this drama. I was so many episodes in I just couldn't give up! haha ok so the best thing about this drama is the ML in suits, he was pretty hot even though he was clueless about anything other than computers. The ending is trash, honestly I laughed because it was so bad. Did they run out of money and couldn't make the final episode? Also, I laughed so hard at the hospital scenes, what kind of CPR is that? Leave your brain cells the door if you watch this one.
I love this drama. Watching it feels like wrapping yourself up in a warm blanket. Chemistry is on point. ML/FL are perfect together. A lot of funny moments but acting is really good. Cinematography was also very good. Also, episodes are short so it doesn't take long to finish. And the exaggerated wink in the opening cracks me up every time. π
P.S. - If you have an issue with teacher/student, age gap genre...kindly just go watch something else. It's a taboo genre that a lot of us like. Get over it.
I don't think I'm very picky when it comes to dramas but this FL really rubbed me the wrong way. I think it's that she had the same expression on her face no matter what emotion she tried to portray. I don't know, but it bugged me. ML is super hot, like I mean ultra hot hot but couldn't save this drama. Dropped after 8 episodes.
Easy watch, hilarious too. ML and FL are great. Didn't care much for the bratty SFL but luckily she didn't have too many scenes. Overall really cute drama.
Lovely, easy to watch drama. I really enjoyed this one. The story was well written, great characters, great communication, excellent romantic scenes. All around 10/10 drama. Miles never failes to deliver. My only complaint is that the kitten never grew haha! βΊοΈ
