In the manhua, from what I recall, she's not beheaded nor poisoned. She escapes with Misu (here is Ji Woon) and then they are attacked by guards. One of the attempts to kill Misu and she protects him and gets severely wounded. The last pages are a bit confusing, but it seems she survives and lives by the identity Misu gave her when they were young. I don't know why everybody says it's a sad ending and that she dies. I don't see it that way and for me it's a happy ending.
Yeah, I'm reading it right now and the ML's name is Jung Mi Soo.
None of the guys with blonde hair are named like that. Mi Soo's friend is Lord Ja-Ul and the other one is Lord Wal-San. I don't know where they come up with Jung Jiwoon.
The webtoon is already finished. It ended in 2017.
They really end up together and there's no time jump. She discovers everything about him and loves him back like before...(meaning: she's the only one who knows him and loves him as he is). There's no accident like in the drama.
