I have never dropped any dramas completely, and never will but this is one of those dramas that someday or hopefully i'll get back too when I have nothing else to watch. Wasn't feeling the drama from the start because the characters/story aren't doing it at all for me. For now, this is going on my 'on hold' list.
Watched 2 dramas with Ji Hyun Woo in a row (Birth of the Rich and then this). I liked Birth of the Rich, but not so much this one. He's character was just a bit annoying for me to keep watching in the beginning so I skipped a lot of scenes.
They spent like literally the first half of the series with the romance between Joon Young and Jae Ha, and then it just shifted over with Do Yoon. I wished they spent more focus on the love line with Do Yoon, thats why I think most of you are a bit disappointed in the ending, but I think the ending was good the way it went. The drama was still great! Like everyone that talked about wanting a kiss in the end or a hug, I think we just wanted a proof or re-assurance that they really got back together, but I think what they did was enough. And besides they haven't seen each other in awhile and their relationship before the one year stamp wasn't fully there yet.
Not the biggest fan of both the Dream High dramas, but im liking the 2nd one more. Even though the acting in both is a bit lackluster and the story lines both fall short for me.... I guess I just like the more funnier scenes and music in DH2. Not going to lie, I did a lot of skipping in the first one. DH1 focused more on the acting and dramatic scenes, but some of the actors themselves were a bit dull with their facial expressions at times. DH2 seems more "livelier" for me to watch at the moment.
I dont see how this drama dragged.... like one of the reviews above there's basically two different stories being told at the same time between the two main characters. Each character I think was played well. AND off course this is a tv drama, they're always going to add more dramatic and sarcastic things when being based on real life stories. But in comparison to dramas in general it was good. This 24 ep drama was gradually told from start to finish compared to 16 ep dramas where they mostly cramp all the important stuff in like the last couple episodes.
I'm sorry but the main girl gotta change that hair and the way she dresses, it's hella annoying to watch -.- (still…
Its not that I find it annoying, its that I find it SOOO similiar to the girls hairdo in the drama Wild Romance (if you guys watched that before this one). It makes it seem like their the same character...
how can you guys possibly hate son ye jin? I think she played that character far better than how lee min ho played his character. I think that was planned for her character to seem pitiful and irritating, but it was cute at the same time. THIS DRAMA IS ONE OF THE BEST ROM/COMS EVER IMO. VERY UNDERRATED!
I skipped so much of this drama especially the later half, it just dragged a little bit too much. AND I honestly wanted her to end up with the CEO, there was a better chance that their love story would work because shes a designer under his company and she was acting all motherly with his kid.
So they ended up dead in heaven and not with the 2 kids shown in the previous episode? Hmm... still a happy ending
I didnt get the ending lol but I think it had to do with something about drinking out of a fountain like arang was saying, their souls got reincarnated within those 2 kids or something like that?!?!
Comparing this to one of my favorite dramas (the body switching theme)....Secret Garden, the only thing I can say for right now is that the main cast on ohhlala plays the opposite roles much much better. Were only less than 5 eps into this drama, but I like the romantic storyline in SG better. We'll see what happens though, i'm loving this drama so far.
Finally this Drama is getting some love.
Way to go! ^^
Yeah, I agree, it's very underrated for it to be rated below an 8 (Needs to be a 10 or 9 at least). Such a good storyline with such an amazing cast. Its a complete tearjerker!
Edit: So I just marathon this whole drama, and I can see why most people didn't like it. The characters were cute, but the storyline was just bad.
