As empathised by her always wearing dark purple, even though it was not a very youthful colour, but it somehow suited her (as it was explained in the book). I think this actress has a bit of a RBF, which doesn't match the supposed cute face of SM, but might still work. As for Dylan Wang, I do like him as an actor and eye candy lol. I think he can play the character and his looks could fit with the correct makeup artist and hairstylist (these two these 2 can really change the looks of the same actor in different dramas).
I also hope they don't change anything from the book :(. I was disappointed with how much they changed in Star General and don't get why they just never follow the original, which disappoints hardcore fans of it

But I find many of her comments irrelevant, like no one leaving her a message or going on vacation when she was sick. A company will only do things for its self interest, it is only normal. They are not your family, you have to be reasonable, the world doesn't revolve around you.
The only thing that matters is if the company did do something illegal. She can't complain that they were not nice to her, as long as they did things according to contracts she signed.
I do find parts of the company responses ridiculous, like saying they were shocked by her post (I'm sure they knew) and asking the public not to pay excessive attention to this matter. Why not? And askling this is plain stupid, did you really think that was gonna work?
