In my opinion, I think the plot twist in this drama could be that no one is a murderer. The only crime committed…
I felt like some of these theories people are coming up with are either an overstretch or slightly lacking but woah, this one seems actually probable?
BUT THERE IS ANOTHER THING I just realized omg, hear me out. The only evidence against Doha that they really have is that shirt that had blood on it, right? Now here is the thing. That night on the beach he was wearing a soccer tshirt and a white shirt over it. BUT when the girlie hurt herself, he turned around, run up to her and used that white shirt as a bandage. After that, he left and as he said he didn’t even look back. And in the scene when Solhee was driving that road and she saw someone in the soccer t-shirt (which btw she specifically paid attention to that person so she might remember it later) that person was carrying a white shirt in their hand. So it couldn’t have been Doha!! He left the shirt with his ex. And to be honest, apart from that shirt it doesn’t seem like he got blood on himself? So there is another variable, it wasn’t his mom that found that body first (while she might have hidden it or asked someone to do that).
I knew that I was getting into a family-centered drama but man, do I feel bitter that they wasted the last episode like that. Loved the family closure and development but lots of these scenes and sub-plots were just unnecessary. We got the pregnant girlie asking for pads, old ladies ordering coffee, grandma’s (who only briefly appeared throughout the series) death, some family drama and Jin Hee and Jae Won’s relationship that I’ve been rooting for through the whole series got brushed off almost. And while I know they weren’t the main focus of the series, I feel like this time could have been given to show those sweet moments of a blooming relationship. Was just really hoping to see them together in the last episode at least but all of their scenes were just as scarce, short and bland as throughout the rest of the series. Such a disappointment.
