Some of these young actors need to do some workshops on crying. The guy who plays Rak can't seem to do it, and…
Oh yes, I just came back from watching the latest La Pluie episode. I thought the same thing. Although he did fairly well on the overall series. But the "dry cry" is really something everyone needs to work on. Because I really want to feel with the characters but it's just all boring to me. I didn't even make it far enough to see the deleted scene and to be quite honest, I also don't care anymore. I'm not even curious, which is sad. This series is over for me. I also just quickly skipped through the last episode of Luminous Solution which is whole other topic. I got it over and done with but this one I can't waste any more of my time to continue this.
Nope, that's it. I'm done and I need to vent. Episode 3 really destroyed my patience lol What is this acting and also the dialogues? The person who wrote this seriously needs to grow up and experience life. Because this is just an unrealistic fantasy of love and life. I can't take anyone seriously, the acting is bad, the dialogues always make a 180 and common sense is not existent. The sh scene with Kram seems mindlessly thrown in just to create drama. If the writer wanted a scene like that, there is a place and time for it in the plot but not like that. Also I personally wished there was a trigger warning or it was blurred. Although I'm not triggered by it it would have been considerate to the people that are. Rak's crying does absolutely nothing for me, it actually looks like is smiling especially after said scene when he was consoled by Dino. Speaking of consoled by Dino. After the incident with Rak and Mek which I will talk about in a second. Another great example of Rak's well rounded character and the great 180 writing: "Be my boyfriend, Dino!" Cool, alright and last but not least, the moment that actually made me wanna quit this for good. Mek forcing himself on Rak and while pushing him away (3 times btw and still not getting any space or help, instead wants to talk this out!) Rak still kisses him back.. what the actual fuck? Nah, I can only take this much. To everyone who is still enjoying this or has the patience to power through just for the sake of finishing it. Good Luck! I'm out.
