The way I enjoyed this episode😭😭 when Kang Tae Moo said "you can sleep on the couch but I'll move you to the bed once you're asleep"...I screamed!!! I lost a piece of my sanity. Lately these Kdrama's and BLs have had me randomly questioning my singleness😔🤣🤣 The fact that the main cast is in the same age group as I am isn't helping either.
I regret but don't regret starting this kdrama while it is still airing. I laughed so hard and I swooned as well. SML "then I'll make sure you never forget again" line, I swear I-!!
I am happy single, I am happy single, I am happy single, I am happy single...
I had such a good time watching Not Me with you guys, even though we had huge disagreements and stuff. I'm gonna miss yall but I know I'll see yall again in other works.
Overall this has been my favourite Thai BL, it even surpasses Bad Buddy and that in itself was a masterpiece. GMMTV really isn't playing with us anymore you guys, they really said "quality work from now on".
All the cast members delivered! I'm still stuck on how Sean made it so obvious that he was in love with White or that he was hurt by him. I'm convinced that he wasn't acting because wow! From the flag scene, to confessing his feelings, to wanting to hold on to White(Black) even when he hurt him, to letting go of White, to falling even deeper when White finally came to him. Like honestly, it was so easy to see his feelings and it was truly refreshing.
Gun playing 4 roles and nailing them should be enough to earn him a Grammy honestly! But alas, LGBTQIa+ representation at award shows is close to nothing. Not once did I have to guess who was who and that is some pretty amazing acting if you ask me. I am happy with the ending of Sean and White, and I'm hearing that OffGun is now official? If that's true then I am extremely happy for them.
Now, what I am about to say could get me into sh*t with yall but I just wanna let it out. IWANTATODDBLACKSPINOFF...there I said it! Yall can step on me now, I probably deserve it😔. I just want to see what they become you know? Like, especially Todd! After he wakes up from his coma will he be the bad guy or will he team up with his bestie(hopefullyfallinlovewithhimandstuff) and do things better as the rich and wealthy? I honestly hated Black, but my heart really softened up to him as he began to show his intentions. He is a cool big brother and ngl, the way he beat up those cops had my heart changing beats. The way he took down that big cop guy!!! LAWWWDDDDD, I really almost went down on one knee😭😭
Yok and Dan, ngl, I was on team f**k Dan...and I still am but not as much as before. Turns out he really grew on me before his betrayal to Yok and the gang so I understood why Yok wasn't so hard on him(and I am glad he punched him). Regardless Dan was still wrong for what he did and I would like that they make a movie of Not Me so we can see how he makes it up to Yok, the boys and especially Sean. Yeah he quit his job but that's his own business, he really has a lot of making up to do and he better be serious about it too, smh. Anyways I'm glad they made up.
Gram and Gene was the underdog couple tbh, did Gram snatch his friends girl? Yes but tbh he treats her way better than Black ever did. Extremely cute and the couple that added cherry to the whole Not Me series.
Now, back to them making a sequel (andatoddblackspinoffehhemehem). A lot of things were left unanswered. I for one wish the show focused more on Tawi and the upper class. The upper class proved themselves to be antagonists but I'm still confused about Tawi? Was he really that bad or was he the pawn? From begining to end he played the surprised and innocent role. I really still like him and would have loved to be angry with him just as the gang and public were but I feel I was denied that opportunity.
Otherwise, this is top tier bl. I am rating it 8.5/10, truly a work of art and I am sad that it had ended.
Y'all isn't it that the manga itself isn't completed which is why it seems as though a lot of things were left hanging? Also isn't the manga a bromance nearing BL because it is yet to be completed so everyone is hoping the writers makes them a couple? I could be wrong though?
Anyways, I'm definitely watching the second season when it comes out, I am more of a Shounen Ai girl anyways. I quite enjoyed this, see some on y'all in season 2 I guess.
dan is my favorite character exactly because he's flawed and imperfect. i can never feel connection with "gary…
I disagree, if he wanted to keep them alive then letting them escape in the end was not it. Already the police and Tawi's/old mans people had the place surrounded.
This was not Tawi and them holding up the end of their deal especially if the aim was to just 'talk' to them.
I see what Dan thought he was doing was the only way out. But the gang would have taken the fall for everything had they been caught. That's my problem. Yes they probably would be alive but they would be in jail and the world would only know them as drug dealers and outlaws. While him and his family are safe and he carries on his life as though nothing happened.
I don't know what Yok would have done. He could have did what Dan did or he would have realized that this society had already messed up his life and his mothers. So why give up now?
We still have one more episode together. Let's wait and see how things end. Though we stand on different sides in this episode, it's still good to here how other people view this. I however and on team Yok, White,Black,Sean,Gram,Kumpa in this one.

I would not have betrayed them like that. The person I love and his friends should not have to suffer because I was caught.
Of course I wouldn't be okay if my family was threatened but I definitely would have spoken to my group about what happened and asked that we devise another plan that won't get me into trouble. I also wouldn't be that stupid to believe that they wouldn't dispose of my friends once they caught them.
I respect your opinion but in my eyes Dan pulled a d- move. He was selfish, as a cop he should know that getting the boys arrested and facing trial would not have ended well. The justice system seems to favour the rich and powerful. They have the power to make the gang look like the bad ones, he should know this. He should know that even the police work for Tawi.
He should have stopped and thought about it. If Sean hadn't sped away from the cops the boys would have been labelled as drug dealers . The old man suddenly showing up and threatening him is a sign that they were doing something right.
He is a sucker for the current flawed system and even though he wants to change it he wasn't courageous enough.
So basically what that old man said was: There's two types of people. Us, the superior and powerful and then you guys. I called you here in order to remind you of your place in this society, you are more than welcome to not like this system. You are more than welcome to vent it out through your paintings, however trying to expose us for our wrong doings with your group of boys is not the way. You will respect that there are two groups in our society or else I'll send someone to have a little talk with your parents...
And y'all think Dan made the right decision by listening to him and selling out the gang? If anything, this should have made him more aware just how selfish Tawi and them are. Dan made a painting of how they have stayed in power by riding on the backs of those less then them. Destroying families by selling them drugs or getting them to do their dirty drug work(Seans father). Making families suffer just because of their sexuality, gender and disability/ies?
Dan had the opportunity to make up for his past mistakes, but he chose the easy way out. If Tawi and them just wanted to have a talk with the gang then they wouldn't have shot and them and injured Yok. He is a coward and I hope Yok never forgives him, a man who can't stand for what he believes in doesn't deserve to be with Yok. He chose himself, and I think he realized that he made a mistake when he let them escape.
He’s the only one that shot and killed someone though🤷🏽♀️
I for one agree with everything you said. He only thought of himself. If Tawi meant no harm to the boys then why Yok shot?
Dan is a coward, he approached Yok with the intention to sell them out from the begining. He was only protecting himself, he could have come out clean and I have no doubt in my mind that the boys would have tried everything in thier power to help him. He is a coward
