I feel that you are under assumption that medical professionals cannot give advice or make suggestions, which is wrong. If it was that case, that the doctors on Youtube would be fired or their license taken. Also, having different opinion in medical field, is not a sin and if there is source, any possibility is given a chance. Just like medical staff that is for or against vaccination. Just because a doctor or other medical staff is against it, does not take credibility from them. That person was making a simple suggestion, not diagnosis, thus they should not be under fire. Again, that person has NOT stated any diagnosis that are listed in the DSM. U said they did, they didn't. How THEY want to act is their own freedom. Also, the laws are different for EVERY country. That person has not stated ANY diagnosis that are in the list of DSM, nor they evaluated mental health of the username that posted below. That person only stated a nice fact, which IS actually true. It's just like saying an orange's color is orange. Negativity DOES affect human beings, it's a fact which CAN be searched on any pro-med site. Also, idk about you, but psychologists in country where I live do not provide DSM diagnosis, only psychiatrists do that.

I do see it as a part of their comedy, but far from culture. The inhaler is used everywhere around the world. Thai people are not promoting it in series for comedy, but for it's real purpose. It is up to the director how will he market it to public - funny way, or normal way. Its like saying Tylenol is part of a culture - doesnt make any sense.
