For me, Alice wins and mostly because it delivered what I have asked for - death. I wanted to watch something with lots of blood and not just "boring" serial killer type of drama, but something with games. It was my first death game drama and that set up the bar. Alice has much higher death count than Squid Game and the games are also more brutal. Squid Game played with us with emotional connections between characters. Often there were long takes about the character interactions while in Alice each convo was about how to survive the next day and games also played bigger part in Alice, than in Squid where some games took only few minutes per episode.
Also, the ending of Alice hyped me much more for season 2 than Squid game.
Today's episode was so good, can't wait for next week. I think two people collaborated to commit the murders,…
Psychos sometimes don't have a certain type they kill. They simply might kill whoever gets in their way and for now that's exactly how this looks like.
Some people do love the show but their rating system tends to be on the lower side overall. So you get ratings…
In the past I wanted to write an article about LGBT topic and I got quite sad response from the admin along the lines that the hosting server (or whatever idk how sites work) is against LGBT content.
I honestly don't see the flaws everyone is talking about. Some argue that they would quit if their boss did that to them, well you can if you are so lucky and good that you are on 100 percent sure that you can find job in span of few days or months. Can boss make such sudden changes? Absolutely and in real world you do have two options : quit or accept the changes and continue working. Some said that there was sexual harassement when chef no.2 helped chef no.1 tie his apron. As a woman and a bisexual who works with women and had her uniform corrected by collegues I do not consider this as a harrasement. You can argue that they were not collegues, but honestly, last time a lady on bus corrected my hoodie and zipped up my bag so....should I sue her for sexual harrasement? Indeed, everyone has their comfort zone and some may find ANY type of touch repulsive, but now it's time to interpret emotions of chef no.1. Did he look repulsed or harassed? From my understanding, no.
The plot has no depth. Literally there is no action happening that can grab the viewer's attention. The dialogues are very basic, and most importantly - slow. What is the story about? About how mundane people's lives are? They go to work, cook, talk about cooking and ideology of cooking, than they talk about the contest. They have been doing this same routine for seven episodes straight. After seven episodes I still don't know who the main leads are - ex. their interests (besides cooking), their likes and dislikes, their bad traits and so on.
Okay, so is this a cult thingy, ghost thingy or psychopath thingy? Very hard to tell and I am loving this constant thrill that leaves us on the edge of our seat. At least for me it is very hard to predict how the story will go.
I don't know why ppl are so mad with the ending when clearly it is a way of saying that there likely will be a second season, just like with Alice in borderland, which is also a death game drama.
Give me one reason why they couldn't ask Centimillimental for rights for Fuyu no hanashi.... The drama song is nothing close to the emotions that were poured in Fuyu no hanashi....
Really loved the ending! It fit the overall story and didnt stand out unlike endings of some other BL dramas. Everything was solved and wrapped up nicely.

Just stunning and sad together.

The production, story, and acting is perfect.
