The person in charge of social media that advertised it under such title clearly does NOT share the same ideals as the cast, writer and director and those people are the most important in terms of plot development.

I am sure you saw the interviews the cast, director and writer provided so you know their opinion on this matter - that this drama does NOT support the cliche seme-uke thingy and the focus is not on sex.

I got no problem with it, because such things happen very often and it is there to improve a scene.
I personally don't see how different it is from cigarettes because both contain addictive material.
LOL, in some productions actors even have sex on scene (nope, not talking about porn) so talk about moral things...

Final thoughts, if the alcohol is there to improve a scene and whole crew knows about it, I don't see a problem. It would be totally different matter if the actor came to the set drunk for no reason.
