Yeah, I know he is very popular since I know his previous works but still....I wish the production would hire me as a consultant LOL :D I mean I am in my last year of nursing and I spotted mistakes that doctors made. If that doesn't say anything than idk what will....

Well here u got no ''resting degree'' as I like to call it which is Bc. Here we don't even hade the ''MD'' title but MuDr. Anyway when u are in medical school your final desination is MuDr I think and no rest degrees. I am nursing student so we have bachelor's and master's and eventually doctorate but not doctors. As I said anesthesiology is literally about medicine and induction of sleep or coma so the anesthesiologist cannot have an office where he would be like ''Oh, u have diabetes''. They have their office where people pre-operation will come and when the anesthesiologist sees ''diabetes'' in the patient's health records they have to know what drug to prescribe. And....that's literally it. They also have Algesiology office which is only for prescribing pain relief medicine. BUT even there the patient actually comes with diagnose already for ex. from neurogolist.

That's why my prof said that they are looked down upon because they are like supporting the main fields.

U know I am actually not so picky, but really the stuff I am saying is so so basic. I am suprised K-netz did not say anything, since they always got sth on their mind.

Idk how it is in other countries but here there is med school and anesthesiology school.

I dont wanna sound mean i will just say what most of Trauma, GS and other non anesthesiology majors say. This was actually said on my lecture "there is often dispute between us and aneshesiology. Many doctors do NOT consider anesthesiologists as real doctors as they dont do even half of our job."

It's a comedy show for me :D
Like the concept is really good and catchy but the medical knowledge is so damn poor! I would be very embarassed to write this....

Why is anesthesiologist making diagnoses tho and working there?
The key role for anesthesiologist (taken from Wiki so u can bash Wiki if u want) take care of patients in and out of the surgery room and they work within emergency medicine.
In other words they work mostly with medicine such as what and how much should they give u to knock u out + pain relief!!!

In my country and in the hospitals I have visited the diagnoses is done by a regular doctor under different field such as > Traumatology, GS, Pediatrics etc.
Anesthesiologists are usually only standing on the side helping out each field, but I've never witnessed an anesthesiologists making a diagnosis unless they are also a trauma doctors.

My point is that I wouldn't put anesthesiologist without emergency medicine into a prison. Yes, they work with diagnosis and thanks to them they have to know what dosage should they give and which medicine BUT they already get the diagnosis from someone else.

Whatever minute at this point :
With the amount of stares the leads had the patient would die and what? She doesn't have equipment? U diagnosed him and said he isn't suitable for intubation, which is partially right BUT u always should try it and u had the stuff there??? In the hospital they simply did the thing u had to do so why complicate things with the heroic act? If she couldn't intubate, the inmate clearly could with his ''skills''

I should have a long talk with the scriptwriter!

13 minutes and 23 seconds into first episode and that's not how an emergency bag looks.
Emergency bag contains a LOT of stuff so it looks like a huge travelling bag and it's really heavy

1 minute and 16 seconds into first episode and the drama lost a lot of points from me for unrealistic scenario.
That doctor in real life :
1. if he really acted that way he would lose license AND could face jail time for leaving patient + not treating him
2. in real life doctors know what to do with such ''easy'' cases as falls are very common
3. where is the nurse anyone?

Idk if I should laugh or be mad at this....lemme continue for now ~

I did not have problem with the "chase" as u said because it was a hard decison - to leave. This drama isnt sugarcoating anything. Breaking things off can take some time and I enjoyed it. In many other dramas they rush things but here it was portraited more realistic way

I think not everyone becomes a freaking CEO of said hotel because of killing someone :/

I mean she is 1000 years old and I bet she is tired of living (at least I got such feeling) and I simply think that Chan Sung will help her to lift that curse and maybe he himself will become the next CEO of the hotel?

I am just afraid that it will end sadly....

The production took a really huge leap back in production quality....
I wont even rate this it would be so bad :/

Came back from 16 hour marathon and I do not regret it even tho I am a person that is not into slice of life dramas :) The first two eps might pull u off but keep going ~

I am so not into slice of life dramas but I freaking marathoned this one!
I really disliked SITR because for me it was boring and no action at all + characters were underveloped, but the writer really put a lot of work with this one.
Of course, I got almost bald with the elders in this drama, 'cause I constantly wanted to pull my hair out. ''How can someone be so blind and pathetic'', was always on my mind.

And for the person that questioned the vulgar language in the subs - u were right, the subber did a big mistake since no character ever used the F word at all, or anything close to that.

He was terrible character there!!!!
