I don't have brain to be a doctor and I openly admit this.
I suck so bad at maths, chemistry and physics that I can't even describe it with words :)
Also, I will be a scrub nurse not a bedside nurse which means that I can't be treated as an assistant at all.
And about the money....
In Slovakia the monthly payment is about 450-600$ while in Ireland it's 600$ per one week which IS a major difference. Slovakia has really low salaries so anything is better than this.
Trust me, I know before applying what I was getting myself into and it may sound sick but nursing is one of TOP10 best professions and the payment around the world is not small at all :)
