Yes, Because if he tell him the reason, HRY will not sit and let him have her punishment. BJS knows HRY very much, he knows her Character too well, but HRY is different she doesn't really know BJS well enough, because if she did XJS will not have his way in manipulating HRY, but I guess she was clouded with hatred and only what she see is how to kill BJS and let him have the taste of what she suffer. BJS never controls HRY from the start till now, if he did he shouldn't have let HRY killed that Dragon, get close to all the Mengs . Lord Fan and BJS way are very different, way more different. I doubt he is acting, but if he is, I want to know the reason , I hope it is not because he wants to get close to HRY. It is definitely not a good idea and bad move for the writers .

As what the Li Mo said, with all the things he suffered and injuries he sustained it is already a miracle that he survives. I think acting that way is what his premodial spirit doing to cope and heal its own. By doing it and acting like a child he will not use his power and its a good way to heal.

I think he has one artifact that can see all the happenings in the heaven and earth. Thats how he gets to know the secrets and weakness of both BJS and HRY. He creates the great wilderness stele and he is good in making artifacts so it is somewhat possible.
