Same here. Mz fastest 2USD spend lol. The scene at the begining is so heartbreaking for both of them. But no matter the intention, the toxicity of the actions had to end like this. The moment Kelvin realiyed its over was so amazingly acted by Peat. And Veir doesnt want to go, in a way, but like he said, the Kelvin he loved (loves IMHO) never existed.

The self harm is hard to watch, but in a way not surprising. Veir has (and had in the past) family and friends to help him heal and deal with all the shit but, as you metioned Kelvin is dealing with all this alone. It would be a lot for a normal person with healthy family. I love the way he is written, super complex and multilayered. His character kind of reminds me the Main lead in Flower of evil.

well more like tissues. the amount of hurt, heartbreak and sorrow in lets say first 15 min is crazy. There is no loud arguing or otherwise "loud" situations. its a quiet and maybe its why it is so intens (for me anyway), but it does get a teeny tiny better

well if it is a longer drama (12-16 ep) im willing to give 3ep max. with shorter ones (8-10) usually 1 or 2. I also know very fast if I will like it or not, as I know y taste well. There is so many K-Dramas/BLs I wanna watch so if I dont like it up to 3 ep, im out. I may check the episodes and kinda fast forward them or just watch the last episode.

as for this one: I knew from the trailer what is it about and the story is even better that I thought. Kelvin is amaying character. So complicated and multi layered + the score is awsome and the cinematography is chef`s kiss so yeah i love it

There is a looong overdue conversation between Kelvin and Veir and it is as heartbreaking as any other break up (Veir asked Kelvin to act like he was dead, basicaly ignore themselves). There is business going on as Veir is back CEO of his group, Kevin of his and the dummy Ken is as dumb as usual. The way Kelvin deals with their arrangement is sad but they meet after some time and starts to work together. Basicaly starting from scratch and Veir is noticing something is not right. Ohh and girls and Lavid (the doctor) are all working with Veir and Veir friendzoned him at the end lol.

that is about it as short and vague as possible. The GL part is going well, the girlies are dating but i dont care that much tho. It was nice to see Veir and his dad happy tho

Oh my heart. This show is a RIDE. BTW you can buy episode 8 for 2USD to watch early and MAN I HAD TO lol. it was worth every cent for me. Still heartbreaking in places but a bit "light at the end of the tunel" SO SO GOOD

I loved this episode and was soooo sad for Meen and Do. I did not read the novel so cant say but looks like to me this one is gonna be slowburn, I love those 🤭🤭🤭

People that have a problem with this premise/relationship. it is A DARK ROMANCE, not a disney fairytale. Im enjoying every second of it.

funny thing is im more upset now that Veir is kinda cold to Kelvin rather at than Kelvin for being psycho that chained Vier. Yup my moral compas is on holiday.

I know its way more complicated, especially Veirs feelings for Kelvin, that are still there, but also there is anger and hurt and million other emotions, but I still love their dynamic, as toxic as it is, and hope for happy ending, I am preparing myself for sad one too tho ....

well as Veir said in last ep, or the one before "friend became enemy". only friend from Veir side we know of is Lalit, so i think (i kinda believe Kelvin) he may be that friend. I think he probably is not dead, just pretending (depends if the police has a body, which we dont know yet). He may be working with ken and be the mastermind as ken is not that smart, or as another person mentioned, lavid could be the mastermind and working with little bro so we will see

I disagree. Kelvin loves Vier and his only goal is Veir to forgive him and fall in love again. So killing Lalit and frame him thats against his goals so I dont believe its Kelvin. Its dark romance so there is always hope for HEA

here is my confused thoughts after this episode because holy shit its even more complicated lol

1. Im happy Kelvin, in fact, did not kill Lalit. I have faith in him but still ...
2. I dont believe for a second Kelvin framed Veir
3. I still think, as Veir said "Friend turned enemy" that Lalit it is so he is either dead or pretending, depends if thez have a body
4. if Lalit is dead, im betting my everything on KEN (or his family, but i dont think his dad is that dumb)
5. If Lalit is not dead, he is working with Ken to get backon his family ??? }thats only motive ive got)
6. I STILL wanna know how was Kelvin involved in saving Veir from the kidnappers and why Veir was lied about Kelvin abandoning him

the thing is Im coming back to KEN being the one with motive, but HE IS NOT THAT SMART, from my POV anyway so could it be that LALIT is the mastermind (if pretending to be dead???) maybe hes jealous of Kelvin and tried to separate them (Kelvin helped a lot against himself lol) because he also has feelings for Veir? IDK itts too farfetched?
