I binged the first 15 episodes or so, really enjoyed, but somehow it slowly made me bored. Each episode I was losing my interest. Somehow I don't care about the plot, don't feel the chemistry between leads. It's only pleasant watch for the eyes - beautiful costumes and world building and I really like the OSTs. I'm dropping it on episode 28. Maybe I will finish it one day, but... I watched many xianxias in the past and it's just very predictible - maybe that's the issue. Also I find all main leads too naive and kind for the world. It lacks something... I don't know what.

The whole drama is excellent done and addictive to watch but at the end of it I got really tired. All these characters relationships are just overwhelming. I'm emotionally tired and just want to finish it asap, even though overall I really loved it.

I'm dropping it at ep 6 because I can't watch it anymore without feeling bad for everything at once.

Rushed ending but it's understable because they had to keep the story within 40 episodes. It's still extremely good!!! Great watch ^^ I love the loyalty and trust between main leads. Such a great and loving couple <3

Why is this drama getting worse... It's so cringy.

I feel so lonely cheering for CX Q_Q And I don't really like WJ's personality. He seems too timid to survive in their cruel world.

There is another issue... It is not clear for the most part of the drama, who is the male lead. They all act like they are. It' confusing.

I feel like everything in this show is exagerrated - the production team had a lot of fun making this stuff xD But, guys, they did have some money! The first episode was nice.

So... I've binged 26 episodes, even though last week I told myself I would wait with watching this drama until they release the 2nd season. I saw some edits on IG and couldn't wait! Now I'm afraid of watching more episodes, because I came to love it so much, that I'm really scared it will shatter my heart and bring me extreme pain Q_Q It already did Q_Q I felt in love with the characters, the story, and the music. The production quality is sooo good.

And they all sound really good! Thanks, I'll be looking for more dramas with ZWY's voice ;)

Does Zhang Wan Yi use his voice or was he dubbed? It's so soft, like a silk, yet sharp. I'm in love with this voice! <3

It was an interesting drama to watch, but I felt that they started rushing things somewhere in the middle and we lost something... Too many time skips. Usually college times is my fav arc in young adult dramas but here I somehow prefered high school, and the college was just too messy. I got bored around ep 16-17 and it was hard to finish :(

It got better in later episodes. Or I got used to this editing xD

I started watching it today and binged 4 episodes. It's really fine so far :) I don't understand the hate it gets. It's nice that there is more comedy in this drama than regular xianxia. I personally can't see DYX playing any serious character. He looks just too cute, too puppy-like for this ^^'

I mean, the drama is fine, nice to watch, but there are so many dramas out there, that I think it's better to drop a drama, if it's not thrilling enough for you.
