I expected a tragic, sad drama, but instead after watching 15 episodes I find most of them very enjoyable. I had to check couple of times to make sure it's not a comedy! I don't know about others, but I spend most time rather laughing than crying :P I guess the saddest parts are still ahead of me...
The plot is so similar to General and i...only to the extent i loved General and i. I have to agree this is better.
Yes, strong female lead and that's all. Going this way, you can say that Princess Agents is similar to Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms because the female lead is strong, can fight and had a mentor who taught her. Going this way, you could say that General and I is similar to Nirvana in Fire, because in both the main lead is a brilliant strategist. In my opinion, the plot here is 100% different and BeKaiLLe told about the plot. I just don't want people who didn't start watching it to get confused. They both share some vengeance theme but many dramas do. You can find many chinese historical or wuxia dramas with strong female lead and vengeance. Let's wait and see if they have similar plot. You say "from slave to...", yes, but General and I tells the story about person who has been a slave years before and is not at the moment, while Princess Agents is about a slave who trains to become a spy. "Special power hidden behind a common appearance" - you can find it in most dramas in this genre - some sort of special ability. But, look, Ping Ting is clever, but can't fight at all and here I see the biggest difference.
I'm in love with this drama :D Xing Er is such a strong and cunning female lead who doesn't need help in troubles but still need male lead's mentoring. She isn't afraid of lying or getting back at someone evil. And the way Xing Er plays cat-and-mouse game with Yue is so funny! I can often hear his "Don't let me catch you" in the back of my mind while watching their scenes! I can't wait for the moment when they start to fully trust each other and depend on one another :D
No... okay... the ending was stupid and the male lead so annoying! He was pushing away the female lead the whole lakorn and then 10 minutes before the ending he asks her to marry him, because his best friend gave up on her?! Does the man who loves a woman act this way? For real? And Fahsai's parents who hated him suddenly agree and everyone is so happy! ..what?!
I don't really mind it but they act so bad! They look like they're reading their lines... especially Guang Guang. They really could act better... I'm still watching it though ;)
The wait was sooo long, and what do I get? A poorly edited and hilariously stupid drama that cannot be saved even…
I'm 22 and I enjoyed the humour :) You shouldn't comment 10 eps long drama after watching only 8 minutes. And writing such mean comments you insult people who enjoyed the jokes :P You can say your opinion, but insulting others is a bit too much. You want people to think that, only because they like the jokes that you don't, they have the sense of humour of a 10-year-old?
We can assume it'll come out in the next year ;)
