I forgot to mention the fact that young hwa took the picture of danah with her permission...In the early episode…
Such a good point! I know people were (rightfully) miffed that he would do it without her permission but I love how they revealed that little twist. The men (sans DA & SG's father and DA's brother) in this show are phenomenal people!
How do I watch that jtbc interview wic is 1 hour long one where kwanghee is mc wic isn't available on tube???…
Filmwuju (on Twitter and Tumblr) is going to be translating (into English) and uploading it soon! :) They're a great resource for this show, definitely support them on their Kofi if you can!
I have noticed that siwan always has an eye for unconventional roles... He don't take up typical kdramas... None…
I was so surprised to learn that this is his first romcom role! It feels like he was born to shine in this role and genre, honestly. But to be honest, there's nothing he can't do lol
daaaaaammmn! this is good. I definitely also saw that TW is the one who released this rumor because he's so tired…
I think it's so interesting that TW actually *did* know that MM is a child of infidelity/"bastard". I remember MM being all panicky thinking that TW overheard DA, MM, and their father, which makes me think that he either knew all along or he'd heard them then so it feels like he knows what DA will eventually ask of him. He's not as dumb as he looks, and I'm glad she's trying with him, at least, even though it must be painful.
He's 24 and she's 30. SG and MJ are 29. The age difference is pretty significant and those dynamics are especially…
You're correct in that their age + class + societal positions are really important. What I've heard from friends is that the position of senior and junior are held in pretty high regard so even a year difference can seem significant. If we consider that and their six year difference, it makes more sense :) I don't want to speak over anybody with more knowledge, though, so please correct me if I'm wrong!
? What has yet to be resolved? We've learned about nearly everyone's history, SG's on his way to becoming an agent,…
Hahaha I understand that, he's a horrible man. I feel like I've seen people exactly like him in real life and it infuriates me how well they've managed to portray him so I totally get that
This show just gets better and better, I can't believe this show ends in a week! I feel like this is one of those shows that makes me feel like we're leaving real people who will just go on to live their lives when the show finishes.
We have 2 ep left, but have any of the issues really been solved? There are so many things that need to be taken…
? What has yet to be resolved? We've learned about nearly everyone's history, SG's on his way to becoming an agent, and everyone's fairly stable. The only matters left to be resolved are SG's father, DA's business/family, and TW and his relationship with DA, from what I can see.
She didn't break up with the ML for ML's sake... She took a break from the relationship for herself and because…
This is the exact opposite of a cliche, though? Simply taking time apart, which is what they're doing, isn't a cliche. It's a sign of a healthy, conscious coupling and character development.
It's entirely possible he's autistic, but it's not mentioned as of yet. I will say, it seems he is neurodivergent…
That's so interesting! Writing stories is incredibly difficult (at least for me lol) so major props to you :)
Yes! I'm happy to see that things are changing slowly but surely, but there's also this evident massive stigma. It also explains why there are so few openly disabled actors playing characters who are disabled--and honestly, that's definitely a global issue in entertainment which sucks. Regardless, it's nice to see these changes! And please do, hope the rest of your watch is interesting. I hope I didn't spoil anything for you and apologies if I did!

I'm right there with you :) I know a few autistic friends who "headcanon" him as autistic and I don't think it's a stretch at all, though I will admit that I cannot speak with much (if any) authority on this matter haha! As an aside, neurodivergent isn't always in relation to autism, though it can be :) It's usually just meant to describe mental functions that differ from societal norms. I hope that made sense haha
I agree that I don't think they'll mention it by name, especially since even the mere idea of therapy is still avoided by and large in K-Dramas. It's really lovely to see a lead like SG and I hope people are less wary of the negativity and mystique surrounding mental illnesses. It seems like both SG and MJ have C-PTSD (aka complex PTSD) and DA has severe anxiety, so in all honesty, I'm more than thrilled by this writer's ambitiousness in presenting such new characters in such a realistic and sympathetic manner. People have a tendency to associate a set of characteristics with certain disabilities, so it's nice to see this show breaking that mold. I'm so glad you're enjoying the show, though, and I hope you continue enjoying it!
I was on the fence about watching this, but decided to give it a go after perusing the comment section. Now, after…

And I'm glad to hear I didn't spoil anything!
Hahahaha, I could honestly imagine that! All the characters have wild chemistry with each other, so in an other universe...lmao
