Jumping to conclusions... You need to watch to the end to understand what led him to do that

In my past arguments I've been trying saying that both LC and DD could've handled thing different and that everyone makes mistakes.

That's when all the DD biases come out and say she did nothing wrong lol.

You can give it a rest. From moonfolk"s POV, DuoDuo is perfect and she can do no wrong. Anyone who hurts her is at fault.

You're not gonna change their mind lol.

You can read this user's posts below defending the hell out of her whenever anyone says something negative about DD or even hints that she could've done something differently.

Not saying she was wrong, just pointing out things that she could've handled differently.

Trying to make a point to those several users here that think DD was perfect. I'm just making the argument that we're all human who will learn from experiences and grow from them.

In no way am I faulting DD in the following... But with hindsight being 20/20.... Things she could've done differently.

- She said so herself, she ASSUMED that because LC is so introverted, she would have to be there to fill in his gaps and get him out of his shell. However turns out that he didn't want this. She could've taken the time to understand him more before making this assumption

- LC was exhausted from the cooking and whole ordeal with the parents. She could've waited for another time to ask him for the talk. But because of her directness, she wanted answers right there and then.

Once again... I'm only pointing this out that I observed. I just dislike how so many of you put the blame completely on LC and Yuan and portray DD as this perfect angel who can do no wrong. It's a learning experience for both.

And you're one of those that think DD is a princess and 100% perfect, and will put blame on everyone else except her.

They both could have handled things differently and they both have parts could be better. No one is perfect, and there's always going to be shortcomings, I don't care how much you try to frame it otherwise, but it doesn't change facts that we are all human.

I'm saying there's fault in both sides. You're expecting everyone to be direct like DD when in reality there's many people in this world that are more reserved and won't confront issues head on.

If there's any clear bias, it's coming from your side thinking DD can do no wrong and is perfect.

Why can't we accept that they're just not compatible for each other and be glad they found out early? Why does it have to be "entire fault is on xxx, and my bias is 100% innocent"?

Horrible take. Some people just aren't compatible.

The opposite could be argued that DuoDuo was smothering and scared him off.

Just because YOU don't like him due to him choosing Yuan over your bias, doesn't mean that he's a bad person. Different people go at different paces. I'm happy Lechen and Yuan found each other, and I'm sure DuoDuo will find someone at her own pace in the future.

You have a clear bias for Duo Duo, we get that...

But you can't position as Yuan is the bad person here. This is a dating show....it's everyone for themselves.

Also, please don't say that it's Yuan that broke them up....they were broken up because once they started talking more about values and personalities....DD and LC found themselves to be completely different people that aren't compatible for each other in a relationship. Rather them find out early than break up later....

On the flip side though - why can't Duo Duo learn to take hints and read between the lines? As Lechen said to Jiao, he thought he was quite obvious in his answers that his choice is Yuan. Sometimes no response IS a response.

Also, why didn't Duo Duo ask Lechen directly? Instead she had to go through Jiao. They both share the blame on this.

I don't expect you to agree with me here, as it I believe you have a bias for Duo Duo, but just wanted to point out she's not 100% innocent on this either. Jue took the hint from him and moved on... Why can't she? Yes...Persistence can be a good thing, but it'll also hurt yourself at times.

Lechan should man up and at least talk to Duo Duo himself rather than go through Jiao.

But at the same time, Duo Duo needs to learn to recognize hints and signals given to her. Not everything needs to be direct...that will only result in getting hurt more.

This is a perfect example of her persistence hurting her further.

If this was the way that other DuoDuo fans view it, it's totally fine. However most of them are literally making LC and Yuan to be villains.

O.o how do you honestly expect Ailin to still end up with Lechan after that conversation in the car???

From an Asian guy's perspective, DuoDuos attitude and character has really been a red flag. I'm definitely going to get hate for this, but still my POV...so come at me.

1) Extroverted sure, but too loud. It almost feels like she has to have a say in everything. Kind of get the feel of "I love to hear my own voice". Is this a bad thing? No... But can definitely come off as a negative to many.

2) "My way and my way only". She wants to change others to her liking. Even admitted that she's the type of person that will continue pushing the other person in all her past relationships.

3) Aggressive. Some may call it brave. But to an introvert, it's coming off as really pressure-heavy. From essentially ordering Lechen to go out and look for Jiao while he was sitting with Yuan, to essentially telling to his face "I'm disappointed in your actions" during the date invitation. Also to admitting to repeatedly sending a friend invite till she got a response. Sometimes getting ghosted IS a response.

4) Super high expectations. She goes into the relationship expecting kids/marriage. Wouldn't it be more important to first determine suitability first? Some just want companionship

Just my observations. Like I said, I know I'm getting get hate for this... But just my 2 cents. I don't know if it's a culture difference between Asian vs Western, she just comes off as loud/brash. While it may check the boxes for some guys, but amongst more conservative people...she's too much.
