I heard that starting from now, actors playing in BL or borderline bromance, can only keep playing such roles. Like they are becoming outcast of the whole entertainment industry to only stay in that specific lane. To the point that they are face swaping some actors in mainstream cdrama (for ex: Scholar Yang in Pursuit of Jade). Is it real ?
If it's true, as both of these actors are having most of their works in mainstream cdramas, would it be possible their agency and themselves are participating in stopping "Eternal Faith" from ever being released ?
Or is it more a fear of having another "The Untamed" with too much of an overwhelming success ? In the sense that the two main actors from "The Untamed" are still not allowed to be on the same stage in public. And the two main leads here could also gain quite a lot of traction. So it would lead people to be even more invested in BL when the chinese goverment seems against it.

havent they finalized the main cast yet ? rumours going on that they will start shooting in july yet we dont know…
I doubt they will cahnge character casting randomly like that, its supposed to continue from where we left off ...but honestly its been so long that i wonderif it will be released or not.
