Again I see Koreans drinking black coffee with ice and calling it an Americano. Many shows I see people doing this. I drink my hot coffee black and like it but the thought of an iced black coffee sounds awful and I know of no one who would drink that. Without cream and sugar, an iced coffee would taste like 💩! I’ve seen people in dramas who taste an Americano iced coffee for the first time and literally spit it out. 😝 So I recommend you not order an Americano anywhere. Just order an espresso…but put sugar in it unless you are a hard core caffeine addict ☕️ lol

She is great in everything I’ve seen her in and I’ll be watching her more in my plan to watch list! It’s these talented support actor and actresses that are the glue holding many dramas together. Character actors we call them in the US. Always steady work across a lifetime. They all need more praise and recognition.

I’m watching True Beauty right now Ep2 and knew I’ve seen this actress before so I looked at her drama list and it’s Hotel del Luna where I first saw her! She’s so funny in the running to catch the pervert scene in True Beauty. She’s also in a few I have in my plan on watching list.

He is fabulous playing the role of the tyrant King in The Secret Romantic Guesthouse. His crazy eyes, wicked smile Eeew he gives you the creeps. I really wouldn’t have recognized him. He’s playing the villain perfectly. I’m only on E15, so I don’t know what happens to him but his madness and paranoia must stem from some pretty wicked stuff in his past and he’s still such a young King. Well done madman! Hope he got some big public acknowledgment of his acting skills in this one! 😍

Ive been watching Kang Hoon having more kisses on Secret Guesthouse. He seems to be working it just fine. Is there kissing school for actors. Do ML & FL practice their kissing like they practice their lines? Do all kissing partners in the drama line up and kiss? I was gonna say how I thought their's were soft sweet gentle kisses. Not all tongues and saliva gnashing of teeth and noses. I think he can kiss quite well...she not so much. Rather stiff. I'll watch for other kisses from him with other actresses before I can make a definite decision 😘😘

Just finished e12. I've been stretching these last 2 episodes out over days because I didn't want it to end. The ending of dramas are really hard for me. I feel melancholy for quite awhile. It's like having to say goodbye and knowing this experienced we shared is over and won't return. It's like Summer Camp. Long tearful goodbyes. 😭
That Kang Hoon...what a sweety! So tall and stylish, so handsome and talented. I'm watching him also now in Romantic Secret Guesthouse and previously in The Red Sleeve. I kind of binge watch the male actors that I've fallen in "love" with.
I only wish, when at that last employee party where she walks in, he had dropped to his knee and asked for her hand in marriage. So many happy and supportive witnesses to his betrothal. Maybe a more private and intimate proposal (like they eventually did) is less boisterous like Americans and more personal and poignant like the reserved and discreet Koreans! ❤️

I agree with you on how twisted a he said/she said story can become when let loose onto the general public who speculate but do not know the circumstances of what goes on behind closed doors. If she was a victim of verbal, emotional and physical violence and was subject to bullying, menacing and coercion at the hands of an other, then what we have here is a victim and a perpetrator and we have two choices, believe the victim or believe the perpetrator. The shiny, smiling, innocent looking, confused "why me I'm a good person" calm, cool and collected face of a perpetrator belies the monster hidden inside that no one but the victim sees and no matter how hard the victim tries to explain, she'll be written off as crazy, hysterical, a stalker, unhinged. When in reality the victim, uncharacteristically and unexpectedly, atypical of their usual behavior, lashes out, has had enough, the last stray, can't take anymore!!!! This is called a Trauma Response and is why many victims of domestic or partner violence end up in jail...the perpetrator, all smug and smiling, all helpful and innocent acting, tells the Police...look she's crazy and she's the violent one, all the while giggling with their hand over their mouth 🤭and eyes burning a hole into our victim....because the victim knows that they are REALLY in trouble now and they're gonna pay! 🤛🏼 Even an uninformed Judge will see shiny happy perpetrator and the victim becomes withdrawn, depressed, humiliated, unheard, not believed, has been abandoned by the legal system and gets no justice, there is financial strain, isolation, the victim is slandered, libeled
and publicly shamed so they retreat and go deeper and deeper into a trauma state of mind. Victims rarely get justice because no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. These perps are expert at not leaving bruises or any evidence of their crimes. They are pathological liars and manipulators, they have no empathy but can act as if they are Jesus Christ walking on water. It's all about total control. I remembered her because she was also in The King's Affection. I remembered that tiny mole on her nose 😁 so cute. A fl role will come her way someday soon, she is a great actress.
