He is fabulous playing the role of the tyrant King in The Secret Romantic Guesthouse. His crazy eyes, wicked smile Eeew he gives you the creeps. I really wouldn’t have recognized him. He’s playing the villain perfectly. I’m only on E15, so I don’t know what happens to him but his madness and paranoia must stem from some pretty wicked stuff in his past and he’s still such a young King. Well done madman! Hope he got some big public acknowledgment of his acting skills in this one! 😍

I was gonna say how I thought their's were soft sweet gentle kisses. Not all tongues and saliva gnashing of teeth…
How many people have you kissed in your life to be the ultimate judge of kissing? Or do you just watch other people kiss? 😘 (thats call voyeurism)
Kissing is not an art form. It’s two people’s desire to get as close to one another as humanly possible, to touch one another, to press your body against theirs.
Me thinks thee thinks too much!

Ive been watching Kang Hoon having more kisses on Secret Guesthouse. He seems to be working it just fine. Is there kissing school for actors. Do ML & FL practice their kissing like they practice their lines? Do all kissing partners in the drama line up and kiss? Then the director walks around with a ruler in hand saying ... more this, less that, Good now go again! And who's to judge a good kiss?
Kissing is a private, very intimate thing between people IRL. Fake kissing someone while maintaining ZERO emotional involvement.... ??? yikes I wouldnt want to do it and be
filmed OMG

they cant kiss
I was gonna say how I thought their's were soft sweet gentle kisses. Not all tongues and saliva gnashing of teeth and noses. I think he can kiss quite well...she not so much. Rather stiff. I'll watch for other kisses from him with other actresses before I can make a definite decision 😘😘
😁
How absurd we are discussing their kissing techniques 🤣 but I suppose ...you act, we observe, we get critical or complimentary. c'est la vie

Just finished e12. I've been stretching these last 2 episodes out over days because I didn't want it to end. The ending of dramas are really hard for me. I feel melancholy for quite awhile. It's like having to say goodbye and knowing this experienced we shared is over and won't return. It's like Summer Camp. Long tearful goodbyes. 😭
That Kang Hoon...what a sweety! So tall and stylish, so handsome and talented. I'm watching him also now in Romantic Secret Guesthouse and previously in The Red Sleeve. I kind of binge watch the male actors that I've fallen in "love" with.
I only wish, when at that last employee party where she walks in, he had dropped to his knee and asked for her hand in marriage. So many happy and supportive witnesses to his betrothal. Maybe a more private and intimate proposal (like they eventually did) is less boisterous like Americans and more personal and poignant like the reserved and discreet Koreans! ❤️
DNX 💥💐💫🎉🥳🍾
Loved every moment, every twist and turn, the heart aches and the heart's delight. They grew as individuals overcoming fears and disillusionment, hidden feelings, losses and abandonment.
Beautiful production. Thank you to every single person who contributed to the final product.

It's amazing how both men and women immediately leap to "must be the bitch hussy's fault," when it's just…
I agree with you on how twisted a he said/she said story can become when let loose onto the general public who speculate but do not know the circumstances of what goes on behind closed doors. If she was a victim of verbal, emotional and physical violence and was subject to bullying, menacing and coercion at the hands of an other, then what we have here is a victim and a perpetrator and we have two choices, believe the victim or believe the perpetrator. The shiny, smiling, innocent looking, confused "why me I'm a good person" calm, cool and collected face of a perpetrator belies the monster hidden inside that no one but the victim sees and no matter how hard the victim tries to explain, she'll be written off as crazy, hysterical, a stalker, unhinged. When in reality the victim, uncharacteristically and unexpectedly, atypical of their usual behavior, lashes out, has had enough, the last stray, can't take anymore!!!! This is called a Trauma Response and is why many victims of domestic or partner violence end up in jail...the perpetrator, all smug and smiling, all helpful and innocent acting, tells the Police...look she's crazy and she's the violent one, all the while giggling with their hand over their mouth 🤭and eyes burning a hole into our victim....because the victim knows that they are REALLY in trouble now and they're gonna pay! 🤛🏼 Even an uninformed Judge will see shiny happy perpetrator and the victim becomes withdrawn, depressed, humiliated, unheard, not believed, has been abandoned by the legal system and gets no justice, there is financial strain, isolation, the victim is slandered, libeled
and publicly shamed so they retreat and go deeper and deeper into a trauma state of mind. Victims rarely get justice because no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. These perps are expert at not leaving bruises or any evidence of their crimes. They are pathological liars and manipulators, they have no empathy but can act as if they are Jesus Christ walking on water. It's all about total control. It's call Narcissistic Trauma and Subjugation.
If you or any one you know, male or
female is experiencing inter-personal violence IPV, forced drug addiction, sexual assault....IDK
secretly get photos or recordings and store them off your phone. Be very careful.

Reading his bio, reminds me that we had a similar situation when I was a teen. Mark Hamill who played Luke Skywalker in Star Wars 1977 was involved in a terrible accident resulting in facial reconstruction surgery. Sure he looked different, but he was alive.
Bo Min could have died from a skull fracture or been permanently disabled do to traumatic brain injury. Sure he looks different, but he's alive
One of our favorite, sweetest and pixie cute 9news anchor women in Denver, Kyle Dyer, was attacked and bitten in the face by a big dog while filming a live news story for adopt a pet day. She recovered, she looks different but she's alive.
We must remember.... our face is just a part of us as a whole person. Accidents happen. These people are survivors of traumatic injury. They persevered, recovered and returned to their chosen careers. ❤️ Bless their souls

finally watching Spirit Fingers and my first thought was "since when did he turn into a full ass man?!"…
I had to google "full ass man" for clarity.
Grown-ass man... fully grown man
full ass as opposed to half ass
Not a preference for ladies back sides-
"He's an ass man, not a boob man"
🤪🤣😁❤️

where is this queen when we need her 😞 need her in a fl role soon 😭
I'm watching her in Heo's Diner right now. That's why I came looking for her here on MDL. Although she is not fl, she's integral to the story. I remembered her because she was also in The King's Affection. I remembered that tiny mole on her nose 😁 so cute. A fl role will come her way someday soon, she is a great actress.

Chan is so needy. He misses being adored by millions of fans and believes that since Dareum is a longtime fan…
Agree, he's got some issues. You can't fill a hole with "someone", only filling the hole with love of yourself can you be a good partner for another person. Otherwise the other person becomes a crutch and no one wants to be a crutch. It's not fair, it's abuse.

Someone help me out here. Our girl, Da Reum, her name when the actors say it sounds nothing like how it's written in the subtitles and I can't make sense of the pronunciation in English. So what I hear and what I read aren't jibing in my head. Can someone write out, phonetically, the name as Korean's would say it? Please

We often focus on the main lead actors and don't put enough focus on the supporting actors. I first saw him in Vincenzo and now I've seen him in many different shows. He's funny and talented, a real joy to watch whatever his character happens to be. Guys like this are always busy and have very long careers.
Let's show them all some love <3
