I love Do Sang Woo's character so much in this (the detective). I haven't seen him in anything else, but this drama made him one of my favorites. It's very refreshing to see a kdrama detective actually being intelligent for once.
At this point I'm sort of hoping the mains tell him everything and they try and sort it out together.

I really wish Do Sang Woo can get a main lead role in the future. I would love to see it

It's too drak. Just after watching first episode i got fear of death. I got the feeling that one day everyone…
I would suggesting watching ep 2 as well. The first ep is very heavy, but the following eps have more lighthearted moments.

Ohh your article does make me curious but is this not a pure tragedy feast? I mean 3 terminal ill patients, living…
It certainly has very sad and dark moments. But it balances it out well with more lighthearted scenes of women bonding. Almost all characters at the hospice have a very positive outlook despite their predicament.
I also hate dramas that are too heavy. But so far I feel this drama balances it well. So I suggest giving it a shot. :)

Title W Spoiler
I've seen a lot of people ask how did Kang Chul get back to the real world. My guess is either because the webtoon ended and therefore he could return, or because even tough the tablet doesn't exist in the real world (it worked as a portal), a replica of the tablet still existed in the cartoon so he could use that one to get back.

My problem is no how long the drama is. Rather, when there's only 2-5 episodes left of a drama, my brain tells me; "You don't need to watch any longer ..." and even though I really like the drama, even if I love it, the last episodes are always a struggle. With Coffee Prince and Queen In Hyun's Man I didn't even make it through. To this day I still don't know how it ended! (And don't you dare spoil it. I will watch them ... at some point)

I love the drama (and Furukawa Yuki), but I'm not kidding when I'm saying that Kotoko's character makes me want to rip my heart out and stomp on it out of pure anger. And if that doesn't end the second hand embarrassment I'll just cut open my head and put my brain in a paper shredder. There is no way I'll be able to feel like I want to bury myself under concrete out of embarrassment after that right?
