@Cc2 and @User96 Thank you both for concurring what I thought. I too am from the US though dividing my time in London. So, yes, we do act more mature but again, this drama is setting a good pacing and the performances are on point.
Not sure if it is me, but why do I feel that she is acting too young when she is in high school. I feel she is acting a bit younger than what she should be. Not all the time but in certain instances. But I love her so not complaining just an observation.
Now DJX, after we get past him being so fine, I think he already is feeling some kind of way towards her but isn't going there due to her age and his best friend's sister. But liking how we are showing how all of this is going down.
Her brother, ok, he is a cutie pie too.
The bestie friend, well, we she ghosted her I wouldn't have gone with her, but it was again nice to see her brother and all the peeps had her back.
As she gets older and as she is placing things in her jar, it will be nice for him to see how she kept everything not only in her journal but as I said in the jar.
I think we can all agree this is a nice refreshing drama but with so many coming down the pike this week, we will all be scrambling watching these!
Now, all of us have been where she has when it comes to our periods. It is such a taboo subject. We have all had it happen to us, and if you say it hasn't you are so lying. The nice thing is that she had her brother and his best man help her out. I know I can say I never had that kind of help. Nicely done by both of them.
@Lemonylemon right now I am watching it on YOUKU the app. It is not on dramacool yet. I do see the first episode on YouTube which is again under YOUKU. It is being shown on Kisskh.
His father had a heart attack after she made him confess his part in his mother's death. He basically had gone to visit her in the hospital and saw her husband and Lili killing her mother. He videotaped it. Blackmailed her husband to give him money because of all his dad's hospital bills. He was found guilty of harboring a criminal, racketeering, and attempted rape. He was sentenced to 10 years in jail.
I'll tell you what, this drama wasn't half bad. In the end, she gave her husband a choice as to who did kill her mother and he blamed Lili. She stabbed and killed him. The mother survived the stab that she gave her, and she was forgiven by Zheng but got a year in prison. Lili was sentenced to death!
Let me tell you...LJH can wear a suit. He is TOO FINE!!! I swear when he walks across that walkway to her. I would have had the same look on my face. He is just too gorgeous. Done, just done!!!!
Such a good drama. Hitting every expectation that I was looking for. Reminds me of Bai Ting's last drama "New Life Begins" which was an exceptional drama that I do not think gets enough praise.
Loving the interaction of this couple and how we are seeing their relationship blossom. I hoping they stay together through all of their hardships and come out as an amazing couple in the end.
I believe all or at least half of us have binged this one. We all know there is a lot coming down the pike with 40 episodes, but I do not think this drama will disappoint.
If you are not watching, start, do it. You will love it as I have and the rest of us do. Already looking forward to the next episodes.
@ShahdAtaya she starts around episode 5 after she finds out that they ignored her daughter when she was sick. She vows to get the money to pay for her operation. She sets him up to believe that her and her sister have money that he has been trying to get his hands on since her parents' death.
There really isn't any and the parents donated it all away. But she sets him up not only with saying they have the money but also for all the women that he was seeing on the side. She gets them to pay back money too for all the gifts he bought them.

I'm loving every bit from the FL to SML. This is exceptional. Good pacing and all actors are delivering with top notch performances.
But so far, episode 9, give it up for BJT on that one. He played that part right there. I was feeling every bit of those hits. Apologize! YES!!!
