I love the relationship between Yeon Ju and the monk. It’s so beautiful and loving. The monk understands her so well even though she’s not her real (biological) mother.
I may not like their mom but blaming her because she was out there securing the bag and giving them a luxurious…
Nobody is blaming her, she just had to live with the consequences of her choices. She missed their childhoods, she wasn’t close to her sons. So she couldn’t get their affections or warmth. They’re more like her staffs rather than her sons. And the way she plays them against one another is of course cruel. Compare it with how Yeon Ju treats the monk so lovingly even though she’s not her real Mother.
Kang Haneul is an amazing actor. Even with a limited script and screen time he really makes the most of it. His expressions always spot on. Hope he will get a better project soon. And a longer one. I can easily watch him for 20 episodes like When The Camellia Blooms.
Han Brothers’ mom got away with her lies (about the result of the cook off). Nobody has the gut to call her out, except the French judge. Han Seon Woo should at least grow some spines.
Waiting for his main character role too.
Is it the trend now to have 10 episodes only?

The plot reminds me of Ghost Doctor, but with a lawyer instead of a doctor 😂.

Glad that the Han Brothers make amend to the owner of the restaurant that they acquired and closed before.
