I have a son with Cerebral Palsy condition, he is disabled. We love him with all our heart, yet we give him the best therapies we can get for him, even though most of the therapies are not comfortable for him.
Not because we’re denying his disability, but on the contrary it’s because we accept him fully for what he is. And he has the right to have therapies just like other children have the right for education.
On the side note، we would never starve him even though he couldn’t feed himself.
ML here probably has a different condition with my son because his disability was caused by spinal cord injury and not brain damage. But still, to starve him will just worsen his condition.
