Im glad netizens are enjoying the series so far. Net has always been a gorgeous gorgeous man (and that river bathing scene is just pure gold) and JJ is just so cute.
However, i can sense how thin their whole storyline is - this episode almost nothing significant happened. I can even summarize the whole spisode plot in 3 sentences. im afraid how theyd stretch the whole story in 12 episodes.
the last couple of episodes are just too heavy with too much crying and are too melodramatic. All characters are drama queens. THey should have just shown the last episode instead of us marinating with that heavy episode 11 for 1 week
So is No tail to tell really worth these ratings?? I’m really not sure whether to continue it or not.
the creative decisions they made with the show just isnt working. i love both actors specially KHY, but something is just not right for me in the show and i keep wondering what it is. I was so excited for this after KHY's Lovely Runner but its just not as effective.
i dont know why but the show is set in university but all characters are acting like a bunch of 10-yr-old kids even my special needs nephew who is in the spectrum is smarter than them all. thank goodness they are all cuties
wtf who wrote this show? the sad part is you can see glimpses that the actors are all capable of doing so much better. No one in the cast is annoying and unlikeable which is very good, but my goodness the script cant catch up.
Goodness gracious, i wanted to like this one but its coming across as way too preachy. Sometimes writers forget that story comes first before the messaging
And whats with the spotty editing especially with the second couple. I always thought they were just casually hooking up and that Pond is just forcibly extending his welcome at Don's house, but why is he acting like a disgruntled wife all of a sudden, allthe crying and the unnecessary forced drama just dont fit their narrative yet. They could have developed and spent a few more episodes to make it believable that their relationship is serious and not just f*ckbuddies, then all these drama coukd have been justified. And then they suddenly made up? Talk about prematurely cooking in the oven.
Dont getme started with Than and Kin's charades, they just make my eyes roll too much i was afraid they would fall off from the sockets.
I guess the my only comment for now is how they handled the warehouse fight especially with Jung Nam Yeon because they were building her up so much in the past episodes only to be beaten by low-level thugs and needing recuing from the main male lead. She should not have needed a rescue and she should have been able to hold them off until Choi Gang came and they could have finished the fight together. That will put her in equal footing with Choi Gang - unless they really wanted to show us that YKS is the real main lead here and everybody else is support.
I would also have loved to see the final fight of the episode in proper lighting because YKS can sure move and do action scenes really well. He is made to be an action star!
This is fast becoming the most annoying BL of the year. Most characters are written as assholes and stupid.
Im sorry i give up, not even Ja can save this for me. Who decided to make Tae co-lead with Ja? They have zero chemistry even their tender moments looked forced. Everyone is almost overacting all the time. Do i need to point out the infuriating proffessors and Saint's father?
who is the makeup artiust for this show - the male cast makeup is too obvious (and all that hairspraying) and distracting. Do SeaKeen really need all that? They need to tone it down a lot cause these guys are so goodlooking already!
That very first scene when Sea woke up with clearly a thick foundation and lipstick? THen the mother coming in with the super madeup look as if she's been in the beauty salon from dawn? Even Keen's first scene with his mother
it was horrible first episode then got better, now were back to being so-so. The story isnt moving at all and were already more than halfway. I have suspiscous feeling that it wont go far any further and it will just all be fluff
i may be alone is saying this but im sorry to say as much as i love this drama they did us dirty by over-extending this Ming envoy arc. DOnt they have anything else to show? I thought the cooking contest should have been shown at episode 7 and this story arc ended at 8. Instead episode 7 feels like a filler episode and pulling a cliffhanger at episode 8 is just plain annoying. Also the over reaction everytime they eat was fascinating at the begining but has started to get old.

The amount of overacting is plenty on this one.
