In ep 2 toward the 25min mark the lawyer Han Moo Young says that he has Hyper-empathy syndrome. As for Lee Ro Um main girl it hasn't been confirmed but everyone that encounters her calls her a psychopath. Hope this helps.

I think it was hinted at in the first episode that Rain also plays (that opening scene when Kim won that music competition) based on that dialogue it seems like he also won a music competition to study abroad and turned it down. I could be wrong though

Hi what's the difference between this movie and the previous one? It seems like it's almost the same
From what I saw during the movie it's the exact same as the drama. They just meshed all of the episodes together into a movie format.
