Article "Little Women" achieves its highest ratings yet!
What bond that criminal drama and the novel "Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott?
The oldest sister in both the novel and drama believes that marrying well will solve problems for herself and her siblings. The second sister is a writer who is focused on her craft and, as stated above, doesn’t reciprocate the feelings shared by the childhood friend who is a wealthy neighbor. The youngest sister is an artist who wants to travel abroad. There is an overall theme in both the novel and the drama of poverty contrasted against wealth. The sisters in the novel perform plays and this seems to be related to the play-acting that continually occurs throughout the drama (but this might be a stretch). Otherwise, I don’t remember the novel having anything in it related to murder or that feels like a mystery/thriller.
