I definitely don't agree with the final villain part. The villain in human's world should be human himself. If you make Satan the villain then the entire show is way too disconnected from humanity and that would take the show away from its point. In the end the show converges to human way of justice through law/order and keeping Satan in between would not make sense. It would not make much of a sense if 12 of the serial murders with their families wanting justice for their loved ones were killed by someone completely outside like Satan who is almost not possible to be punished by human ways. Although Justitia is also an outside entity, she is punishing and using her means on those who have discarded humanity and not willing to repent even if any sentence is given to them so she is justified in the show.
Also the romance part was just like 1 episode runtime out of 14 so that is kind of Ok, there are other bonding moments but they are necessary between any set of characters and not just romantic driven.

Lets be real tho. There are many dramas which are similar to this but get ignored due to lack of star power. Connectivity is not enough to justify how it should not have been 16 episodes at all. You can finish all of this in 12 episodes also. Try to think of other local actors and I can gurantee that more than 50% population would drop it by 4th episodes itself. Slow burn romances are actually what i like and not new to anybody here but it was trying to mix with romcom and slice of life and ended up being good at neither.
And for any drama whether it be No gain no love, I dont consider just a bad ending to be a bad drama. If you are able to connect and feel, live with the characters, get excited, etc . for even half of the show then its good enough.

TO this point after watching all episodes, I still don't get what was good about this drama. If this drama didn't have the star power with good faces, I don't think anybody would even rate it above 7. One of the greatest disappointments so far. Even No Gain no love feels a bit more entertaining than this one which I am currently watching after finishing this mediocre drama. THe only good part was maybe the burnout of FL and consistency with which the show moved. Nothing else was interesting. Even if its a trope, atleast you can add something to make it wanting for more. If you have any expectations out of this one then better get ready to be disappointed

It is still too high. Even Doona which has 7.8 felt better than this due to characterization

Are you really interested in watching an aunt hook up with anther man or an aunt with three divorces to help the main couple help get together in some way through her wisdom. Her character could have been used in many ways but wasnt utilized properly. Also, the little brother is very hollow character, even shounen animes dont have this much single dimensional characterization nowadays.

It wasnt just the villain arc, it was also unnecessary character arcs that just filled time which added no value to reach the actual objective of the show. Like why would you want to see Aunt getting in with another guy in the village?

So true. The first half was a masterpiece that I rewatched while the drama was itself running but it dropped a lot due to unnecessary character arcs which added no value to the original objective and just increased the length

The first 5 min were enough to piss me off. That literllay made Hyun woo the entire cause of marriage failure in the first place. What the fuck is this writing??

Best part of the show is the chilhood cliche as it is challenged here unlike other shows. Destiny brought them together yet they ended up with a divorce. Its great that they are able to showcase how the couple has to work hard and not rely on sweet fate moments alone to make a relationship work.
Even if they these things they would still end up separating maybe just after some time.
Even after this ep12 wasnt that exciting as 10th. It felt a bit iffy. BTW Why was the younger brothers arc handled that way? Wasnt it poor?

Whats the problem with being conneceted with fate. Happens in real life too where multiple incidents bring people together. And actually that is the best part of this show. Fate may bring you together doesnt mean you can maintain a good relationship and stay together.
The show is all about ' not so happily ever after'. You may be together due to destiny doesnt mean you will stick together.
