Over-dramatic directing for my taste and I prefer more slow-moving stories, but I'll keep watching because of…
lol never mind, the second episode was already a lot more smooth. The flashbacks at the start were still overly dramatic for me, but rest of the episode was a lot better. Starting to look forward to this (for more than LDW)!
And I liked that the female lead didn't go to the direction I feared, but actually apologized for her actions and acted more rational from then on. A strong but reasonable female lead is rare in kdramas, but the kind I love.
Of course Dong Wook is charming, he's still the thing keeping me interested. His character Yeon is interesting and entertaining, so it's not only Dong Wook's visual that interests me.
Aagh, it will be a long wait ; -; Hopefully he will be in many main roles after his enlistment, his acting is absolutely engrossing. Can't wait to see more of him.
Sticking out the first episodes is definitely worth it, in my opinion that's when the story finds its groove.
And about the female lead, the stalking and her self-righteous attitude about it was a major problem for me, but beyond that, I don't think she was bad at all. I thought she was actually rather smart and strong compared to how Korean dramas often portray their female leads.

Hopefully this will get over it's awkwardness after a few episodes, like many awkward-at-first shows do.
