I thought cool sly cunning scheming type of female lead was my preference but after reading this novel i discovered Female lead being shameless is my type. If thick skin is the genre i doubt anyone could compete li huaiyu.. Still she is a child yearning respect & recognition of people. During the midway i got frustrated cause male lead being played by villains that too 2 times and hurt her twice. His redemption arc was best he first did everything to change her bad reputation without saying anything, the man who lived by etiquette slowly growing thick skin like her, mastered in saying lies.
