So far, there's not a single situation/ scene to prove that the SML has real feelings for the FL. It feels super bland and zero chemistry. Seems more like a habit or something forced. But with Su Bin, he has a lot going on. He is more active, confident and he can be himself. Their chemistry also feels natural. But as a viewer, I wanted to see sth between SML and FL. If the SML (Seong Jae) falls in love with ML's sister (Su Bin), I'm going to skip their scenes.
Just started watching the drama - still on episode 1. Initial impression? Hmm.. love the pair. Can't help but think the casting would have been perfect for a mature drama that depicts a couple in their 30s. It'd have been awesome. Anyway will continue watching the drama. Personally I love both the mail actors.
Update: Finished watching the drama. So, the younger version was their past. Their mature version was their life after breakup/ regret. I skipped many parts. Not a fan of melo ig. The ending was a bit confusing. Did they finally clear up their misunderstanding and get back together?
Okay, this is hilarious HAHAHA. Throughout the movie, I kept thinking the ML was Park Ji Hoon from Weak Hero. I kept thinking, 'how did he become taller?' and that he looks so much like Ahn Hyo Seop that he could very well be his brother. So much alike! LOL! It wasn't until the ending credits that I found out it was indeed Ahn Hyo Seop. SMH!
Coming to the movie, I was completely aware of the fact that I hadn't read the webtoon. If I had read the webtoon, then I'd be critical about my review but since I hadn't read it, I watched the movie as is and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tbh, I did not overanalyze the movie or the scenes, I just had a good time enjoying. The movie itself felt like a game. There were scenes where the camera angle made it feel like I was playing the ML's character inside a game. The movie started off like a movie and somehow mixed up into a game and ended up like a video game lol. But I'm not complaining. I loved Lee Min Ho's character, Ahn Hyo Seop's character and everyone else as well. Was happy to see Shin Seung Ho too! The child actor was a treat to watch.
It felt satisfied to watch the ending scenario play differently than what Dok Ja knew from his memories. Adding the difficulty twist made us see the true abiliities of Dok Ja, how he was able to tackle a new challenge presented without warning and on the spot. It'd have been nice to see the author of the novel - the person behind this crazy world. Anyway, great acting, good work, pretty entertaining story. I'd rate it 7.5/10.

Hmm.. I get your point and it's true too.. he's trying to help her l.. BUT the point is he's not her friend, he's her brother's friend.. second point is it'd be okay to let it happen for one time or the second time but it's clear that he's letting her have the upper hand over him. No matter how strict he likes to come across, one little whine from her, and he's back to being manipulated by her. This is not okay. How long is he going to let her push him around? He should tell her that one more time she behaves inappropriately (her confessing to him and her trying to lie to get the other guy to like her) and he'd tell her brother. His behaviour right now, is what is being called weak. He is being weak to people in need. But to a woman, this kind of man is the last thing she needs.
I really wish Seong Jae was like Ji Hyeok to Su Bin. Why is the SML so kind towards everyone? He should know to draw a line with other women if he's truly interested in FL.
Though I'd like the SML to stay loyal to his feelings towards the FL, I have this almost sure feeling that he will end up with Su Bin. Ahh frustrating!
I started watching this drama for the FL - Jung In Sun. Love her a lot and I'm binging her other works too. Just finished rewatching My Secret Terrius (is it my 4th time?) and Let me be your knight (2nd or 3rd time I think!). Love her acting, her character portrayal is so addicting. I didn't know that the ML was Jung Il Woo until moments before I started watching this drama. Love the trio, tbh I love every character so far except Su Bin (sorry about that). I just hope the SML stays loyal to FL till the end.
Oh btw, in my perspective, SML is still being cautious or careful around FL. I absolutely don't understand why some comments seem to picture him as someone cunning. I mean, being strategical is a common trait we see in SMLs a lot but here so far I haven't seen that trait in SML yet. I'd love to see that. I mean, the ML isn't pursuing the FL yet, so why not? [My first time seeing Yoon Hyun Min and he is so handsome and charismatic, really nice to see!].

So I just finished binge watching weak hero season 1 and season 2. I haven't read any articles or such on this series but the death of Na Baek Jin is left a mystery and there is this Choi character who is looking for someone to replace Na Baek Jin and Su Ho who has woken up. So, would there be a possibility of Season 3? Tbh, it doesn't feel right to have a next season since so much has happened. But then again, the ending.. especially of Baek Jin's death. Is it left to the viewers imagination? There were just 2 scenarios that popped up in my head - 1. Baek Jin committed suicide or 2. Choi guy killed him. I'm more suspicious of Choi cos he was non-chalant about Baek Jin's death. He was someone who cared more about his money laundering business. There is absolutely no way he could let go after the union lost and had to disband due to the bet. Then again, it was sad. We never got to know how Baek Jin ended up choosing this path. He was brainy and had money. Sigh!

My theory is that Lee Da Eum might complete the movie 'Love is White' before she her final farewell. Instead Gyu Won will have a happy ending in 'Love is White' and will be imagined into the reality as Da Eum with Lee Jeha as if she continues to live through Gyu Won. And this movie will remain as a masterpiece to the audience but specially as a living memory to Da Eum's loved ones and well wishers including Da Eum's father and Lee Je Ha.

Will quickly put forth my observations too.. Number 1) I watched the commentary and believe JS and SS are still good.. honestly can't see where the breakup analysis comes from.. I din catch it nor can relate to it as a viewer myself.. but whatever happens in future, it is a choice they made.. wish them all the best! Number 2) Viewers (at least mature ones) are disappointed with YW not because he didn't choose CA (that'll be ridiculous) but that after leading her on and having a change of heart, he switched to a new 'attitude' or a 'persona'.. which obviously she didn't deserve.. lol I went thru the cast while starting this drama and couldn't wait for episode 8 hahaha cos his character was written as ml's crush lol I was like 'was it a mistake?' ' should it be friend instead' lol.. oh and it reminded me of Top Management kdrama.. the Ahn Hyo Seop and Cha Eun Woo iimaginary scene from fanfiction 🤣🤣🤣
Like Avid said, it's an open ending but a happy one tho cos Min Ji who initially never bothered to look at In Gyu finally is able to understand that he has always been there for her. And more than that she recognizes that fact in front of him which itself is a huge deal given her personality. So it's an open ending but on a more positive note.
surprising cos the plot was pretty clear and the whole series was really good and entertaining to the point I watched it at a stretch. Yes some parts needs to be focused better. I especially needed help with ep 9 but I understood with some help.
I had this thought too. Decided to watch for Jeon Yeo Been. Finished watching just now. Soo happy I made this choice to watch 😊😊 Word of advice: Don't compare it to the original version. Just enjoy without too many thoughts!!
After putting it off for a long time, finally wanted to watch the drama for Jeon Yeo Been and WOW. I rarely watch a drama in a stretch. But this is one of the rare gems. Great story. Great acting.
I have watched Someday or One day but it was a bit confusing. Found this version easier. When I started watching the drama, I didn't compare. Good thing, there was a lot of gap when I watched SDOOD. So it was refreshingly nice. Glad I decided to watch it. No regrets. Left me with happy feelings ❤️❤️
Oh and Jeon Yeo Been's acting is top notch!! Her version of playing two different characters -Min Ji and Jun Hee was so refreshing. It was soo believable that it gave the impression that they were two different actresses. The character portrayal is soo good. I'm really happy I made this choice to watch it 😊😊
