Can someone please explain to me what they did wrong? Was it because they skipped school? Or is it because they are gay? Im just confused because being gay in Thailand isnt illegal so i dont get what was so big that they had to probably pay a fine and get expelled. At first I researched gay pda in Thailand and pda in general. Then school rules amd codes of conduct in Thailand. Im so confused
